You may return most Allbirds products within 30 days of the original purchase as long as they meet the following criteria:
Items must not be marked as final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance.
To begin a return, locate your order confirmation email and prepare the product for return. Include the original order number, product details, and any gift notes if applicable.

Customers returning products from outside the original delivery region must cover the cost of return shipping. Returns from the same country where the item was received are eligible for standard processing.
