Allbirds offers a 30-day return window for most items, even if worn. Items must be returned in good condition with proof of purchase. Final sale items are excluded.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
You may return most Allbirds products within 30 days of the original purchase as long as they meet the following criteria:
Items must not be marked as final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance.
To begin a return, locate your order confirmation email and prepare the product for return. Include the original order number, product details, and any gift notes if applicable.
Clearly mark the return with your return request and secure the item in its original packaging. You may use a return form or message Allbirds customer support to confirm the process and receive a return address or tracking details.
Customers returning products from outside the original delivery region must cover the cost of return shipping. Returns from the same country where the item was received are eligible for standard processing.
Once we receive your return, Allbirds will inspect the item and issue a refund to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Returns missing key documentation or sent in unacceptable condition may not be approved.
Refunds do not apply to final sale items, gift items that have been used, or items that fall outside of the approved return window.
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, you may specify that request during the return process. All exchanges are subject to inventory availability and cannot be guaranteed.
