I purchased 3 items from Aviator Nation, a pair of sweatpants, a tshirt and a bag. The sweatpants came with white inconsistent marks on the front of the pants, around the private front area to be precise. One of the marks is a different coloured thread sewn into the fabric. The pants are black. I reached out to them and they offered to send me a return label or a $50 credit towards my next purchase. I opted to return them and exchange them. The following day that sent me an email informing me that they cannot send me a label because I'm an international customer and for me to send the pants back at my own cost. Sending from Australia to Los Angeles is very costly. Absolutely ridiculous return policy for a defective item. I will be taking this up with my bank. This must be why they don't offer PayPal payment...
The other two items are perfectly fine but one can't expect me to walk around with a pair black sweatpants with white markings around the private front area for heavens sake!

I found out this company was made in USA so I really tried to love this brand. My first sweatshirt was so soft, I was hooked. But it was the equivalent of choosing the wrong sports team as a child. I was rooting for a dud. I've spent thousands of dollars and given them so many chances. Their clothing arrives slowly in a world of 2 day shipping. Then it arrives with no tags or “pinned” tags that don't have the clothing label yet a blank tag. The sweatshirts are pilled upon arrival and usually appear very worn. With a 7 day return policy and mostly exchange or credit only, it quite frankly is almost offensive. They assume it needs to be returned and make it difficult to get money back. I don't know who is working in quality control but they've been snoozing.

I returned a $175 sweatshirt on 3/13/24 after Aviator Nation approved and sent me the confirmation of return for exchange. The item and my receipt was mailed by me via UPS on 3/13/24. No correspondence from them that my exchange was being processed. At that point I got worried so I tracked the item via UPS and it was received by Rachel on 3/15/24 at 10:23 A.M. at the Aviator Nation Huntington Park, CA location. After multiple emails with CSAs Matt and Kaleb with my concern on the status, they were of no help trying to find the status. On 3/24/24 I received an email from CSA Arianda. Arianda stated that they found my return and asked what I would like to exchange it for. I responded. On Tuesday 3/26/24, CSA Matt emailed me they had no such return.
Aviator Nation in Huntington Park, CA has my sweatshirt. No exchange, no credit, nothing six emails later. I have left 4 messages at the provided Aviator Nation customer service number, 725-226-4911 requesting a return phone call about the matter. No one has returned my call and no one ever answers the phone. It has been a week of me contacting them and they obviously don't want to fix the issue. I am out the $175 even though it was confirmed they received my return. Their customer service via email and phone is obviously, completely incompetent. I would bet that if someone at the top saw my review they would care, but I cannot even get in contact with anyone to help.
I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and I can say I will never do business with them again after this ordeal. I hope that if you are considering ordering from them, please be cautious that this how they treat their customers. Spend your money somewhere else.

The company is total scam and I hope they go out of business! They don't value my time or money so I would never buy again! If you have to buy I suggest a more known retailer so you can return or complain to someone who will at least respond.

At this point I can't even return the items given the return window is closed and noone is getting back to me. I was charged for a sweatshirt and sent a tee. Did an exchange and the item was too big, tried to exchange again the day after I received it and they said it was past 7 days and I can't return! HOW?!??!! You only can exchange it if you got 10% coupon. They do not even match the sizes inside the same order, if you order 2 pairs of pants same size, they will be different cut, not same dimensions, same for hoodies, very mismatched. Customer service is totally not helpful you have to talk to a robot forever and finally if a rep comes to the phone it is somewhere in Pakistan or other foreign country and barely understands English and is not helpful at all. Reps kerp apologizing and wasting your time, and not solving your problem, but says "sorry you thought you can exchange this but it does not qualify for exchange, because you used a 20% off coupon and we send you bigger pants then your same size smaller pants you got before" They just repeat back yo you your entird cimplaint and say they cannot help, cause it's their policy

Their website will not allow me to exchange it and keeps telling me my order number is wrong and when I try to get a hold of customer service, they will not put a person on the phone for how much money I spent, including at the store. This is an absolute rip off!!!! It says they will not exchange the sweatshirt because it was bought over seven days ago! I bought it as a Christmas gift. They asked me to send it back and sent me a label. I sent it back and let them know when I shipped it. I emailed them like they asked to let them know I shipped it. They didn't return my email for 5 days and then when they did they told me it was out of stock and that I could get my money back to then buy it when it was back in stock. I called the number I found online and of course no one answered and told me to leave a message. This is absolutely they worst customer experience for a clothing company that charges a lot of money for their clothing.

I purchased from AN the first time several months ago (a hoodie for my wife). This specific product had quality issues (seam at front pocket came off within a week) which of course was highly disappointing, and I pointed that out in the review I wrote. AN then contacted me, I emailed a picture of the hoodie, and AN sent a new hoodie as replacement within a few days. This one definitely met the high quality expectations one would have for a pricey product. After many wash cycles, it holds up well and my wife is very happy about it. I was very impressed with how AN handled that situation, and I ordered several other items for my wife since then. (She always asks me to order for her because she ends up with “decision fatigue”). :-)
She loves the softness and various designs of her sweatpants and hoodies, and none of the items has any quality issues.
Today, I initiated a return of a just delivered item because my wife wanted a different color than originally ordered. The online process was very smooth and streamlined which made the exchange quite simple.
Again, I am impressed with AN's level of customer service especially since nowadays a lot of other companies seem to have abandoned their efforts in this area.
