Billabong offers free returns for U.S. orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Once the returned item is received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund or exchange, your item must:

To begin your return, prepare the item in its original packaging and include any return documentation. Use a traceable method when shipping and ensure your return includes the order number or invoice.
Returns without identifying information or packaging may be delayed or rejected. Make sure your product is secure during shipping and that all required components are included.
If you are unable to locate your return form, please contact support before shipping your package to request replacement documentation.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. Billabong reserves the right to deduct restocking fees if items show wear or arrive without original materials.
