Will never deal with this company again. UK website says: "our Happiness Guarantee covers free returns, exchanges, and replacements (including free shipping). Get a refund within 30 days of purchase". I needed to return 1 item, went onto their so called UK-website to instigate return and got this message:
"We're currently unable to accept returns from your country. Please contact our Customer Happiness team for help with your return."
I've sent emails to the so-called Customer Happiness team and never had a reply yet...even though they're still sending me marketing emails to the same address. Oh, and delivery took way longer than they said, over 2 weeks, and they were not helpful re tracking either. Product made in China and shipped from US, nothing UK about this service!

I have been wearing Bombas socks for about three years. Most of the pairs I have were given to me as gifts. These socks do not last any longer than my other socks and provide no better comfort. What I find most interesting is that when you purchase a pair of socks from Bombas, the cost will be at least twice as much as socks from other manufacturers. Bombas then donates a pair of socks to a charity for every pair they sell. In summary you, the consumer, are paying for the donated pair but Bombas gets the charitable deduction. I would recommend purchasing socks from another company and then make an equivalent donation to a charity of your choice. The socks will be just as good or better and you get the charitable donation write off on your tax return.

I placed an order before the holidays and was initially disappointed as my package arrived a little later than originally promised. They did however let me know and it was carrier related so no fault of theirs.
Unfortunately since the delivery was delayed I no longer needed a few of the items as they were gifts. I contacted them and asked to process a return, which they allowed and credited me immediately then to my surprise they allowed me to keep the items to use, gift, or donate. Now that is customer service!! I cannot say I have had the same experience with other companies in the past.

I ordered athletic socks and regular socks. After trying them on, the athletic socks felt a little snug, but I had only ordered a 3 pack to try them out, so I figured I'd still wear them for a day and see how it worked out. But I also placed an order for more regular socks and a few other items in the meantime.
Well turns out the athletic socks feel tight when trying them on, but after wearing them for a whole day they are AMAZINGLY soft and comfortable. I went back onto the bombas site now to do a return of the new set of regular socks I received, to exchange for athletic socks. They were wonderful and gave me a “credit” to honor my 20% discount I had on my original order.
The socks are expensive, but worth it. And their customer service is wonderful.

This is a wonderful and compassionate company. I have purchased my socks from them over the years and have always been more than satisfied with the products I received. I especially like the fact that for every pair of socks I purchase, this company donates a pair to those in need. I just ordered a bra from them and had to exchange it for a different size. Bombas told me not to return the bra but to keep it and donate it. They will send me a new bra at no extra charge. I know of no other company who does this but am so grateful for their generosity. Expected to go to the website and click, click, print a return label and mail the socks back. To my surprise I had to email them the info, which I did. I thought Ok, I'll receive an email with a link to a return label......no.....it's been a day or two which is years in online shopping. Their happiness guarantee is feeling a little hollow. The tennis socks were thicked or more cushioned buty the ones they sent are not true to size as advertised. Came up small
Most importantly, their return process is bad. They say to send note through a contact but you receive an automatic response that says some "customer happiness rep" will get back to you shortly.
For what the price of these socks are & a regular buyer of "high-end" products, their response rate is poor. Its been 4 days and still waiting on a response as to how to return these & get a credit.
Now I have to call my credit card company & have transaction cancelled. Amazon & other platforms make it simple & can be returned within a couple of clicks and getting the RMA & postage label.
Very disappointed.

Well after another note - one of their customer happiness reps sent note saying no need to send back that account will be credited. I'll donate to local shelter.
Could have been a great experience if Bombas figures out to improve on timely responses to the customer

They sent me an email acknowledging my request and said someone would be getting back to me but it would take a little bit longer than usual. This was over six weeks ago. I have since sent five follow-up emails and received the same response. The customer service is atrocious. My wife wants me to order the larger size but I refuse to do business until I receive a response. I do however continue to receive emails almost every other day from their marketing department about how great they are and why I should buy from them.

I finally received a return authorization and Bombas has exchanged the small size for a medium. My wife loves the slipper socks. Lesson learned, small in no way fits a women's size 7, get medium instead. Also be persistent with customer service to get satisfaction. I have increased my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

I can't find navy quarter socks anywhere anymore, so I decided to pay the extra money to Bombas to get some. I bought three pairs. They arrived quickly. They were very nice looking and super soft. Unfortunately, after wearing a pair for a few hours of tennis, the heel area started to fray, which is not going to work for me because I play tennis daily, so I reached out to customer support to get return/refund information. It took a while to get a response (but COVID times, so I'm not being critical) and the response was to keep the socks rather than return them and they gave me a full refund, which came two days later. So, although I can't say I was happy with the quality of the one pair I wore for a few hours, the company did the right thing by making the customer happy, which is hard to find these days in businesses.

I ordered two of the Bombas Slipper Grippers, one M and one S. The Small was way too small for my size 7 shoe even though the sizing on the website said it would fit. The problem began when I called the "Happiness" team. They offered to send out a replacement but I would have to wait until they received my return. Since the USPS delivery takes one week, it would be over 2 weeks before I could receive a replacement. I chose to order a new pair and return the way too small pair.
In summary, the slippers are terrific and very comfortable. The delivery and happiness procedure is not very good.

I guess you could look at it like "that is why they are so expensive", but I look at it as great marketing and customer service! The package sat in their “warehouse” for 1 MONTH and would have sat longer if I did not email them over three times. Finally after three emails and numerous chats, they're happy to help. They email me saying both orders were returned. The exchange items I want are now out of stock so they refund that.. fine not a big deal. The other return which was about $200 worth of socks was not even processed like they told me it was! I generally don't review products online, but I wanted to make an exception for Bombas. I ordered 6 pairs of socks from them in a medium (size 6-9) based on their sizing guide since I am in fact a size 9. When I received them I wore them for a day and realized they fit very snugly and I wound up in a bit of pain by the end of the day, so I decided to contact their support team for an exchange.
I have NEVER in my life experienced such amazing customer service. I briefly emailed back and for with reps named Alexis and Manuel and both were extraordinarily friendly. Not only did they send me a larger size, they told me to keep the ones that were too small to give away and gave me links to similar suggestions for pairs they didn't have in stock. They also have a really easy exchange/return system.
Aside from the awesome experience, the socks are soft, sturdy, extremely comfortable, and are definitely the highest quality socks I've ever worn. They're a little pricey but they'll last long enough to make it worth the price. I can't recommend them highly enough.

While the first pair initially felt pretty good, I had to pull them off on the third green because my feet started burning and the socks were extremely tight around my ankles - cutting off the blood flow (I've subsequently read other one-star reviews from people who had the same problem). I played the rest of the round without socks. It was three days before my feet stopped burning. I called Bomba's the next day after playing to request a return. After several tries I finally got someone on the phone. I then had some difficulty convincing the customer service rep that I was unhappy and wanted to return the socks. Eventually, I was told that I would receive a return label by email within five minutes of completing the call. I didn't receive it. I had to make additional calls and send several emails before they finally emailed the return label four days later. And no apology from Bomba's for either the problem with the socks or with making the return. In my opinion, NOT anywhere close to being the outstanding service they promise. However, I don't know of any better socks and I like the fact that the company donates socks when I buy socks, so I am keeping my socks. First I bought no-shows in medium as I wear size 8 ½ ladies shoes. I found after a few washings that they were too tight length-wise. Otherwise they are very good - stay in place, look nice. I then ordered some in large. These are better, though still a bit tight on my big toe, but oddly they are constructed with extra length in the heel area so they bunch up there on my foot.
I also ordered on pair of knee-highs. The fit in the foot and leg was great - until you get to the elastic band on the top. It is so tight it hurts. I am going to try to cut that and sew in some extra material because I love the rest of the sock so much. If you have skinny calves and are doing a lot of mogul skiing, these are the socks for you - they are not going to slide down.
I am going to try a pair of another type of Bombas to see if something else is a better fit.

I was supposed to get three more pair delivered by USPS but they never have arrived, although the tracking said they were delivered. I suspect they were put into the wrong mailbox (I live in a high rise apartment building of which there are 3 in my complex). I am hoping that the person who got them mistakenly sends them back so they eventually get back to me. If you get them back as undeliverable, that is why.

When I received my order, the label said, “Made in China.” I attempted to return the socks with a lot of “whys?” Bombas also tried to reassure me that their factories in the other countries are watched over and everyone is treated fairly. Does this company watch the news? They are nice socks (a little itchy) and I kept them and each time I wear them, I remember bombas representatives not understanding why I was not happy about the false advertising (bate and switch) about being made in America.

Okay first off, the customer service at Bombas is absolutely unbeatable. I mistakenly ordered 2 pairs of socks and was refunded immediately after I sent the email, and told to share the unwanted pairs with friends or donate to a local shelter. Amazing! Best experience I've ever had dealing with online customer service.
Secondly, I love the fact that they donate a pair of socks for every pair purchased. That alone, in my opinion, makes the extra cost worth it. If you're a skeptic, you can look at their Facebook page and see posts from homeless shelters about the boxes of Bombas being donated, too.
Thirdly, you can return your socks at any point - opened or not - if you're unhappy with them, which I don't foresee happening. But it's still comforting to know and just further proves how excellent their customer service is and how sure they are of the quality of their product!
And last but not least, these are the comfiest, sturdiest (and cutest!) socks I've ever owned in my life. I have 6 pairs of their ankle socks and will never wear anything else (except when hiking of course). I seriously can't express how much I love this brand! Get yourself some Bombas, stat!

However, when I tried them on, there was no significant difference in their socks compared to socks that I use to ride in (horseback riding). For the price these socks were a tad bit high and so I set out to return them. The customer reviews on returning looked like this would be nearly impossible. I contacted them via email and got an immediate response. The person on the other end gave me a delightful break! He suggested that I donate them, give to someone else, etc. I was VERY pleased with Bombus' 'customer service' for allowing me a way out. It appears they have gone to great lengths to improve their services. I couldn't be happier!

After contacting Bombas by email, I received a reply from Regeina of the Happiness Team. She wanted to know what and how many items I wanted to return. Even though, I gave her the order # in my initial email, I replied with the number of items and the ITEM NUMBERS. She replied, "we do not have any items via that item number." So, on Jan. 5th, I sent her a copy of my receipt and marked the items I wanted to return. I have not heard from Bombas since. I will keep bugging them until I get my refund and I will NEVER buy anything from this company again and I am advising everyone to avoid Bombas like the plague.

I immediately sent an email to customer service because they do not accept phone calls. I got the auto reply that they would get to me as soon as they could. I waited and on 12/16 sent another request. Same canned response. I figured after new years it would be easier to get help. Wrong! My third attempt to get this corrected was futile. To top it off, my husband does not care for the socks I bought him and wants me to return them but I can't even get them to respond to my missing order let alone get instructions on making a return. I have no choice but to call my credit card company and file a claim to stop payment which I am going to do today. I feel so duped. I NEVER buy anything based on a radio ad but I heard their ads and they seemed genuine and I like their policy of giving one pair away for every one sold. However, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced with an online order. I have wasted too much time trying to get a resolution to my situation. I can not recommend this product based on my recent experience which doesn't seem to be an isolated case.

Their site says they have a return policy - but how the he!! do you get a label to return items. You need to e-mail them and wait for a reply. How archaic a system is that. Most companies provide a return label with the order or you can easily print one out from the companies site - but not Bombas.
Your socks are great but as other reviews say - your customer service sucks and will be your undoing.
