Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most items. Items must be uncut, unwashed, and unused. Customized or altered items cannot be returned.

What Items Are Eligible for Return?

We gladly accept returns for most standard items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must:

  • Be in original condition and unused
  • Be returned in the same condition in which they were received
  • Include the original receipt, order number, and packing slip
  • Be shipped back in original packaging when possible

Returns must be approved by our customer service team. Please contact us before sending anything back. You’ll need to include your order number, a note stating the reason for return, and any pictures if the item is defective.

What Items Cannot Be Returned?

  • Custom cut fabric, including any fabric cut to a specific yardage
  • Bulk orders that were processed through a special pricing agreement
  • Fabric samples, remnants, or swatches
  • Used items or items damaged after delivery

Please double-check your quantity, color, and measurements before confirming your purchase, especially when ordering table covers, fabric, or other cut-to-order items.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team using the information on your confirmation email or website account. You’ll be guided through the process and may be issued a return label if eligible.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received in defective condition. Shipping costs from the original order — including initial shipping — are also non refundable.

Please ship items with tracking and keep your return receipt for your records. Fabric Wholesale Direct is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once the returned items are received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus any applicable cost for processing.

If you prefer, we can issue store credit or exchange the product for another item of equal or lesser value, pending availability.
