I tried to cancel the order literally 30 seconds after I placed it and got a message that I could not cancel the order because they were already processing it. That's BS. I decided to repeat the order, using the coupon, and just return the original order. Both orders arrived timely. Now, I go on their site to process the return, and not only do they only issue a store credit vs. a refund, but they also charge $4.99 for a return label. Again, BS, especially when I haven't even opened the original package and can literally just slap the label on it. I would rather donate the item than give them another dime. I will NEVER order from Fashion Nova again. Read more

After this experience, I just don't think it's worth the risk. 5/2: I am irate, honestly. I used the link in the email they sent to request a cancellation of my order & I got a response that my order couldn't be canceled. To make matters worse, they also deduct a $5 return processing fee. So not only am I unable to get my money back, but I'm also being charged for simply trying to return items that didn't fit. It feels incredibly unfair that customers aren't given the option for a full refund back to their original payment method. You're quick to charge our cards when we place an order, but when the product doesn't work out, we're forced into store credit and still have to pay a fee. That just doesn't sit right with me. As a paying customer, I expect fair and transparent policies-and this one just isn't. I'm not trying to be unreasonable. I simply believe that customers should have the choice to receive a full refund, especially when the items are returned in perfect condition. Then the size one pants I was going to re-order in a size 5. Upon trying to do a return I find out I have to pay for it. That is completely absurd, not to mention the previous order I bought a tracksuit that was an extra small, that was also huge. Luckily my daughter could fit it so I just gave it to her. Oh, and I forgot to add I purchased a dress with the tracksuit and it was a hole in it down the seam which I had to fix with the tag still hanging from the dress, mind you I only added the dress to get free shipping! I have never experienced the return policy like this with women's clothing knowing that we are all shaped different. It should be on the company for the exchange. I didn't want my money back.
