If there was ever a need for a negative score it's for these guys!!! Made an order at the beginning of December 2024, had to order a replacement because it failed delivery the first time. I've then returned the replacement back to them only for them to tell me I can only receive credit to spend back at their store.. it's now February 2025 & they've only just told me I can't receive a refund to my bank AFTER I've returned the item, whilst on the phone making the return this was never mentioned, I was told id receive a full refund. worst customer service hope anyone reading this doesn't need to use them, useless

Worst experience. I bought a highlighter as a gift, and it arrived broken due to the delivery service. When I contacted customer service for a replacement, they offered me a 25 euro discount to buy the highlighter again. The price is 39 euros plus 7 euros for delivery. When I asked how to return it for a full refund, I was told that if I have an account I can make a refund for free, but it doesn't work in Europe. Here you have to pay 9 euros to send it back. So, I ended up paying 16 euros to see a broken highlighter. Great business, Fenty.

I always buy FENTY PRO KISS'R LUSCIOUS LIP BALM on Amazon but I decided to try the website because it had ran out on Amazon. I ordered the above and paid.

Immediately I paid for the item, I got a receipt of payment for a totally different product I had never heard of - PRO KISS'R LIP LOVING SCRUB STICK. You could imagine my shock and I wasted no time emailing the company to clarify this error which was clearly on their part.
All I got were empty words of how there is nothing that can be done and I would have to wait to receive the item and then return it. I already knew something was not right because I had just made the order not more than 30minutes so I'm assuming anything within the presented timeframe could be rectified as it had not been shipped yet. But I waited.
I finally got the item and went ahead to process a return and to my greatest shock, a return shipping fee of £10.07 is to be charged. Meanwhile on the return label, it states that the price for the item that was sent is £15.17 while I paid £19.
Get this, two different products, two different prices but I was charged for £19 for a wrong product (actual price - £15.17). Now if I paid £4.00 for shipping when I purchased the product please tell me why I have to pay £10 shipping fee to return it.
In conclusion, someone or some people are shipping wrong products that are cheaper than the actual requested product and charging ridiculous amount for refund knowing fully well that people would not want to go through with the refund since the shipping fee is outrageous so at the end, it's a win-win situation for them.
I am extremely disappointed and wish to warn others of ordering any product from UK. It's a cruel and unfair thing to do to anyone.

I asked for them to apply it to my order and they said no because the sale started yesterday and I didn't place my order yesterday. No duh that is why I am reaching out. They also can't cancel once the order has been placed so you are screwed and they make you return it and the sale will probably be over by the time I receive my items and try to return lol what a joke. Also, their products are make super cheap because a bunch of the containers and bottles like my lipstick and the fat water broke or arrived broken. Don't shop here it is over hyped.

I'd give it a zero if I could. Had to pay extortionate postage for it to take an actual age to arrive. Got the Pro Filt'r foundation and matching concealer. Read hundreds of reviews online, did the shade finder quiz on the website and finally took the plunge.
When it finally got here I excitedly began applying it and what a disaster. It's two shades off my actual skin tone, and the coverage is diabolical. Clings to every tiny bit of dry skin, doesn't blend well and the coverage is both cakey and too sheer to mask imperfections. I get a far superior result with a cheap foundation from Superdrug which costs a third of the price.
They then charge you double the initial postage price (which was from US to UK), advising this is a “discounted rate”, to return it to Slough (which is in the UK). I use DPD quite often, I've never paid £10 to send a tiny, light box anywhere, so this is absolutely not a “discounted” rate. All in all I'm down £15 and two weeks of my life wasted for the worst makeup I've ever put on my face.

First time, I ordered the wrong shade, tried to exchange it, instead of helping me find the right shade, they REFUNDED my money without my knowledge, and shipped me out a new one. They proceed to tell me that they can't do anything about it bc they gave me my money back; that I should sell, or give the shade to someone else. First, I didn't approve of a refund. What is the point of online shopping if you're gonna make it inconvenient? Then shipping ad says FAST SHIPPING. WRONG. It's the slowest shipping! Got my product almost a month later. I write a review to let people know what to expect with customer service just for them to take it down and say it doesn't meet their guidelines ? I purchased over $100 worth of products at Fenty Beauty and ended up with watery foundation. I originally had a Fenty Beauty foundation which I purchased from the mall but being that I am new to makeup, I later realized that the foundation I purchased was too dark. I then decided to purchase a new foundation that better fit my skin tone after taking the shade test on their website. Once I received to product it matched my skin tone perfectly but was extremely watery which was an issue I did not have with the foundation I purchased in store. I contacted customer service who told me to just get a refund or exchange the product. I really wanted to support Fenty Beauty so I told them I just wanted an exchange. I realize that they had not given me a return/exchange slip so I could not specify whether not I wanted a return or exchange. I returned the item anyways and although being in their possession for some time, it took weeks for me to receive a refund. With this refund I only received $9 back for an item I paid nearly $40 for. In the process of my pending return I had purchased another foundation because I was anticipating this refund being placed in my account only for me to realize that I paid more for this replacement foundation than I did for my initial purchase. I have contacted customer service several times about my issue and eventually just filed a claim with my bank. The run around I got for an error on their end was ridiculous. I should not have been forced to pay more for my replacement foundation than I did for my initial purchase, I also should not have received only $9 back for an item I paid nearly $40 for. Because of this, I likely will not be shopping with this company again.
