I am waiting for a refund for 1 month, on ~22th of April I received a broken/defective label from Senior team leader Stacey L. Package was untrackable, then status updated after 10 days of shipping.
DHL via email also confirmed that is something wrong with this label. (I attached a proof to Gymshark)
I want to get my money back because it takes too much time, no one knows where the package is after providing broken label.
I am planning to take a legal action against this company and a supervisor Stacey L.
They are telling me to wait once warehouse will scan the items. I am telling them, this is not 18th century, call to warehouse, check records of receiving and unpacking this box and get this refund done!!! It not takes to return the package from Latvia to Germany for 30 days!

On 13th of May a supervisor Alex, informed that they received the items on 9th of May, but on the tracking is still moving! So how you can be a supervisor if you don't know where the package is? Also Stacey gave me the label, which even DHL cannot track!
And everytime they are telling me to wait once warehouse scan them. Ok guys, I paid 1k euro for order and you don't even know where is it, gave me broken label and now the same answer need to wait!
I am very dissapointed and will never buy from gymshark again!!!

You cannot contact anyone at Gymshark, it's all chatbots even if you email support@gymshark. I don't see this getting resolved without a lot of effort on my part.
Their delivery times are also awful, can take up to two weeks to arrive. Won't be buying from them anymore nor will recommend them.

They are extremely see through and you can see your underwear under them and not appropriate to use at the gym at all. Considering I have only wore them once and it was an arm day so not bending over and stretching. I have wasted £60 on poor quality leggings and have messaged gymshark and they have returned with a 20% discount to buy more leggings. What a joke. So I can buy more see through leggings. I have also seen numerous comments stating the same now about the same leggings. In their message, they didn't see this as a fault and I can not return them as I have worn them once to the gym. I wish I had realised how see through they were before going to the gym and having someone point it out. As you can imagine that was quite embarrassing. Please avoid the new apex leggings. They are not worth the money or quality. I don't think I will be buying from gymshark again which is a shame because I have loved my pieces in the past but honestly can't afford expensive pieces that you can't even wear without exposing yourself.

But it is incredibly small for an "oversized hoodie," and now when I want to exchange the item, the order # for the replacement item doesn't work. And Gymshark takes forever to return a message on their customer service chat and/or email. Not sure I will be purchasing from them anymore. At least offer a $10 or $15 gift card for the inconvenience. The two order numbers would be US21977052 and the replacement order # is US21977052R1. Please Help

I've bought a lot from Gymshark over the years, but lately the quality has really gone downhill. The last order I received had poor quality materials and bad fits across all items, so I decided to return them.
Unfortunately, their return process is a mess. They use a very specific parcel service that's hard to find - I went to 3 different shops before finally finding one that would accept the package.
By the time I located a place, the 30-day return window had just passed. I reached out to Gymshark asking for just a few days' extension, but they refused. Now I'm stuck with 4 items I can't use and can basically throw away.
Really disappointing experience from a brand I used to love.

I placed multiple orders during their holiday sale and returned two of them. My return packages were delivered over three months ago, and I still haven't received any refund. All items were paid for with my gift card. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but I only get generic, copy-pasted responses telling me to wait longer. It will soon be four months since I placed these orders. I strongly do not recommend shopping on this website unless you're absolutely certain you will keep all your items. Getting a refund is practically impossible.

As such they have maybe been used around 20 times at the most. Sadly after limited use all the printing is literally falling off the shorts. I tried to contact them to explain but they wouldn't even give me the opportunity to explain the problem and just gave me a £10 voucher... now some would say this is great but I would have to spend much more than this to replace the shorts and seen as I don't really trust the quality and don't want to risk anymore money on this brand. My Nike shorts have lasted about 10 years and completed hundreds of uses and look in better condition than the gymshark ones. I would personally stay clear as the quality and customer service is dreadful. Just another typical social media brand that offer plenty but deliver very little. Sent back end of December for exchange. 3 weeks later heard nothing, emailed to inform I'd be out the country in a couple of weeks and needed order before then. 1 week later, still no response. Emailed again to ask asked for a refund instead as wouldn't be in to receive parcel. Day later received email to say order had already been processed and to get in touch with courier to return. The next day receive email processing exchange. I contacted courier for return. Over 8 weeks later, still no refund. Sent a complaint and told only an exchange could be offered. Made another complaint and refund given. 3.5 months from purchase to resolve and I had to do all the chasing. Won't be using this company again as a result.

The link on the bottom of the site page didn't work so I kept searching on the site and found another way to return the sweats. I proceed to give my order info, and I get an email with the link to my pre-paid return label. When I clicked on the link it brought me to an error page. So I contacted customer service, who was nice and helpful. I got my refund on my product but not for the shipping I paid.
A few months after that incident I ordered a few different items which I received without any problems.
It was frustrating not being able to return the item, but I hope they fixed the bug and that it was just a one-time thing.

You have to repeat information multiple times and still never an actual response from customer services
So your only option is to return wrong item at your own cost and wait for a credit note to be issued (says can take up to 10/15days). There is no option for a refund on a wrong item even though Gymshark fault
Or reorder hope correct colour arrives 2nd time but essentially having to pay for goods twice.
Loved product but can't deal with all the hassle for what should be a simple replacement for a wrong item. Decided to return everything as don't want to risk having a mismatched pair and shop somewhere else

Normally, refunds are issued within two weeks of receiving the return. But with Gymshark? Over a month has passed since they received my parcel, and I still haven't seen my money.
There's no phone number to contact, and they take nearly a week to respond to emails-only to repeatedly ask for the same proof of return. This is the third time I've sent it, and still no refund.
And let's not even talk about the product quality. The leggings smelled so strongly of plastic that it was unbearable. Wearing them felt suffocating. I can't fathom how a brand this low-quality gets so much hype in the media.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid this brand at all costs. I certainly won't be buying from them ever again.

So I now arranged to return the top which again was deducted £3 in spite of policy stating full refund will be given. As usual cannot speak to anyone to ask the reason why.

I have prove of postage and the tracking number says that it has been received at gym shark. John then sent me another link to return the items. And has told me that the number on the return label doesnt match the tracking number. It clearly wont giving that he has sent a return label tonight. So I am not 50 odd pound down and no leggings as they are currently at Gym shark. Absolutely horrible customer service

I have been a loyal Gymshark customer for a while, but my recent experience with their customer service has been incredibly disappointing. I returned items in accordance with their return policy, yet I have not received my refund. The customer service system seems to rely heavily on bots, making it extremely difficult to get in touch with a human representative who can resolve the issue.
Despite providing all the necessary documentation and repeatedly attempting to contact them via email and their online return portal, my queries have gone unanswered. I even tried reaching out on social media, but to no avail.
This lack of effective communication and support is unacceptable for a brand of Gymshark's stature. I am left frustrated and out of pocket, with no clear resolution in sight. I hope Gymshark will address these issues promptly and improve their customer service to prevent others from experiencing the same inconvenience.
Until then, I'm hesitant to make future purchases and would advise potential buyers to be cautious, especially when it comes to returns and refunds.

In return they have given me a code for free delivery on the next order and a refund. The bigger issue here is wasting my time. It would have been better and more ethical to be honest and say you don't have the item in stock online. Won't be buying again.

Very disappointed, this is my first time ordering from Gymshark, I sent 2 parcels back using their return process via the post office 4/12/24, today is 20/12/24, I'm unable to track the parcel with the numbers on the receipt from the post office. I've tried to contact Gymshark via the app, I got an answer from a BOT asking me to input my email, however clicking in the box doesn't do anything it doesn't bring up the keyboard so I can't provide my email address. They owe me over £71 and I can't contact them to find out what is happening. I will never order from them again which is a shame as the items I kept are nice.
**Edit** I have received my refund which is great, however without any notification or correspondence, the main reason for such a negative review was being unable to contact Gymshark, I knew it was a busy period but had I have been able to track the parcels or contact them it would have eliminated all my anxiety as to where the parcels were and that I would be receiving my refund in due course. A big one to work on Gymshark as your clothes are lovely and high quality.

Their advertised "free returns from Norway" policy is misleading and far from accurate. For 11 days now, I have been searching for a post office that would accept the return free of charge, only to be met with the same unhelpful response every single time.
To make it worse, my interaction with Gymshark's customer service has been extremely frustrating! It looks like that every reply I send is forwarded to a different representative, since I am repeatedly receiving a "copy-pasted" responses that fails to address my concerns in a professional way.
It turns out that I had to pay out of pocket to return the package - which goes against what they advertise for. When I asked for a reimbursement, the response was both dismissive and unsatisfactory. Instead of refunding the amount I paid, I was given a gift card worth NOK 173 - a sum that doesn't even cover the cost of a single sports bra on their website! Such a joke!!! This was particularly infuriating, as I had explicitly stated I would never shop with them again!
I strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing from Gymshark! Their customer service and return policies are severely lacking, and this experience has left me feeling disregarded and undervalued as a customer!
