Hello Molly accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

We gladly accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must:
The following items cannot be returned under any condition: self tanners, undercover style helpers, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, personal massagers, cosmetic beauty products, or any intimate items. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, including the original shoebox where applicable.
To begin a return, visit our returns portal and follow the Hello Molly Returns US Step 2.1 and Step 2.2 instructions. Be sure to enter your correct order information and return reason.
Once approved, a return label will be generated. Please pack your item securely and include the return form in the parcel. The Hello Molly team thoroughly inspects all returned merchandise. Items that do not meet return conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
After we receive your return, allow up to 5 business days for inspection. Store credit will be issued as a Hello Molly gift card and emailed to the address on file. This store credit balance will be valid for future purchases and is non-transferable.
Please note that store credit cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Returns from New Zealand, Australia, the US, and the rest of the world must all follow the same guidelines.
