I ordered a pair of trainers (for my daughter) which came out at £235.00 which included £41.00 delivery. The delivery takes 7-9 days. The day before FedEx came to deliver they said I had to pay £100 in customs duty (making the shoes now cost £335!). I bought these trainers of behalf of my 14 year old daughter, she used her savings and could not afford another £100. Most importantly THIS WAS NOT made clear at time of purchase. I can buy them in the UK for £235 from StockX so I did not accept delivery and asked FedEx to send them back. Then the HELL started. Despite sending Kicks Crew a screenshot of the order they said they had no record of me / the order number. And that I would still be liable for all return surcharges, original processing and shipping fees and duty fees which will be deducted from the refund. Essentially I would get almost NOTHING back. What happens if I had ordered the wrong size or they didn't fit? Anyway they still haven't found my order number - I will have to seek consumer buyer protection advice. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
UPDATE: I have now received this from Kicks Crew (who seem to have found my order after providing them with screenshot evidence): "If the fees are not paid by the deadline and the shipment is returned to us, please be aware that we will need to deduct any incurred fees (restocking fee, original processing & shipping fee, refusal shipment charge, and duty tax) from the refund amount. The amount will be refunded in accordance with our Return Policy.
We strongly advise settling the customs charges to ensure the delivery of your package."
They do not want to accept the return or refund me. Please - is there anyone on Trustpilot who has had this experience and can help?? Please comment on this post. Kind regards.

I placed an order from Kickscrew (Order No: KS1786958), and the package arrived in Turkey. However, due to local customs regulations, the shipment was held at customs because it exceeded the duty-free import limit.
I immediately reached out to Kickscrew to initiate a return, as I was unable to clear the customs fees. From the beginning, they claimed that I wouldn't need to do anything-that they would handle the return with the courier directly. Unfortunately, that was completely false.
For nearly two weeks, I have been caught between Kickscrew and FedEx, having to call, email, and follow up constantly, just to initiate what should have been a simple return. Kickscrew kept saying they had submitted a recall request, yet when I contacted FedEx, they told me no such request had been made. I was then told to handle it myself, which contradicts everything Kickscrew previously claimed.
Eventually, FedEx confirmed that the return process requires approval from the sender (Kickscrew) and that a form must be completed by them. I passed this information along, but Kickscrew's support team continued giving vague, repetitive, and ultimately unhelpful responses. The package is still stuck at customs, and time is running out before it is permanently held or destroyed.
This level of customer service is unacceptable for any company, let alone one that claims to be a global brand. I have spent hours of my time, energy, and stress simply trying to return a product. The lack of responsibility and transparency has made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
I now demand that Kickscrew take immediate and clear action to resolve this issue and provide a full refund after the product is returned. I am also requesting that this case be escalated to a senior representative. If not resolved promptly, I will take further steps to file official complaints with consumer protection authorities and my payment provider.

They were shipped and they did not fit. I used there return email to follow the policy of sending pictures to confirm they are unused and in brand new condition. After sending the pictures, it took them days to get back to me to ask for more pictures. Then had to wait and go through many back and forth emails to get the return approved. It was a tedious process and wasted my time while we were in need of cleats for her games. Finally got a return approval and sent the shoes back. It took over a week to get confirmation that they were received. Today I received an email that I am only receiving back 50% of what I paid for the cleats. If you are a single mama trying to hold it down for your children, do not shop here. They take forever to get back to you and they are greedy.
I paid 154.00 for the cleats and I am getting a refund of 76.00! That is downright greedy.

I get having to be charged for a return label but I don't agree with their 15% restock fee in addition to service fees. In an exchange and return you have 7 days to return or exchange but for the exchange you will end up paying and exchange fee and in a return by the time you get a refund you will get back a fraction of what you paid for. They get their shoe back in the exact same condition you received it in and they get to charge you all these fees to where you get barely a refund back and they get to re-sale the shoe and collect most of your money. It's like you are getting penalized for asking for an exchange or return. If they get the shoe back only thing should be charged is the label. So make sure you order the right size otherwise, you will lose money.

They make you email pictures of the shoes and then you wait for an email with the return label. I received my return label on the sixth day of my seven days I had to exchange them. I was in the process with them for a week. On the seventh day they emailed and said they wouldn't do an exchange because it had been seven days.
This company's exchange policy is extremely flawed and doesn't support the consumer. I will never attempt to buy shoes from Kicks Crew again.

The entire return process took all most two months, and all I wanted to do was exchange the pair I ordered for my son-one size too small-for the correct size. Instead of a straightforward exchange, Kicks Crew made the process unbelievably difficult and frustrating.
After finally going through all the hoops to return the brand-new, never-worn shoes, I was shocked to receive only 50% of what I originally paid as a credit. This is absolutely unacceptable. I didn't even bother emailing your company to express how terrible my experience was because, frankly, it's clear that no one at Kicks Crew cares about customer satisfaction.
My son's birthday was on January 9th, and since then, I have been stuck battling with your company to resolve this issue. Only yesterday did I finally receive the partial credit-after weeks of hassle and disappointment. This is terrible business practice and an awful way to treat customers. I will not be recommending Kicks Crew to anyone and will certainly think twice before purchasing from your online store again. I will also be making a Google review of my bad experience, but once again, I know your company couldn't care less!

I don't understand who y'all have inspecting these shoes, but they do a horrifying job for me. I can't tell you that out of the five pair of shoes that I purchased one of the shoes that I receive was in great condition. The other shoes I received I either had to Take something and wipe them the shoes, and clean the box which I don't think is my job ,to reinspect and clean shoes and boxes for the money that I pay. And to add insult you offer me $97 off $1000 shoe that I paid for, then I had to reply back about being disappointed and and willing to contact my attorney and the Better Business Bureau, that when a label was made for me to return I gave you all the information I gave you all the pictures that you needed and you offered me $97. I returned the shoes and for my inconvenience you offer me a $25 discount on my next Shoe. Do you think that's fair? How about offer me a shoe . I had to pay for the return shipping, and they kept $20 for the return plus 20% of the original payment. I purchased shoes and paid for original shipping, totaling $165. Over two weeks ago, I was told my shoes were received, and I would be refunded $86 within 3-5 business days. Last night, I received the same email again, and I still don't have my refund. This is unacceptable.

I have made several orders from Kicks Crew. Know what you are getting into... This is not the same as ordering directly from the shoe company's website. You may, or may not have a good experience. Either way you will pay above retail price. If the shoes arrive and they are exactly what you were expecting, then great, all is well. However, if they are not the right size, not what you expected, or what to return them for any reason, now your screwed! They make the return process very difficult and create so many hoops to jump that they will eventually say you can no longer return them. There is no phone number to call or return link on their website (even though they say they have a return policy). Also keep in mind that each pair of shoes you order cost $35 in shipping, even if you buy multiple pairs at the same time. In my opinion, they are more interested in your money and not your satisfaction, eventually companies like this go out of business.

As luck would have it the size 9 that I ordered (all my sneakers including other Pumas I own are a size 9) are too short too tight ... They have a 7 day return policy to China may I add with a 15% return fee and you have to cover the shipping ... BIG MISTAKE ... Now I'm stuck with $100 pair of sneakers I can't use ... My issue is as follows, I paid about £225 for the White Nike De LA Soul boots as the Black and Green were being resold at silly prices, then there was the £41 shipping fee, a bit much but as a DLS fan from when they came on the scene i wanted a pair, so i paid it. Waited not long only to get a DHL Wayfair bill of £117!!!! SO now im almost £400 in? I complained to KC and said i had no idea i would be charges this or that shoes were coming from China. I do not know enough to say if i think they are fake, they look okay to me, but i am not overall happy. I asked to get them returned form customs and refund me, but then once i realised the return fee cost and hassle trying to leave in customs where anything could happen, i felt forced to pay it or lose out more. The box is shabby at best, the shoes do look okay but i will always wonder are these real. i said to KC in an email i strongly doubt i will buy here again. I will not as its not a good experience imo. I would rather stay away from resold sneakers as too many pitfalls for me. I would not recommend KC just on the taxes which are not said upfront, this to me is shady behaviour for a company to do,all fees should be up front so the customer has the choice, here the choice is taken away from the buyer, not good business practice. Beware, try to find out all fees up front if you use this place. Review left the day i got the boots.

I ordered a very expensive pair of running shoes from Kicks Crew from a highly regarded brand name on January 14, 2025. It took a week to 10 days for the shoes to arrive from Kicks Crew. When I opened the box and eyeballed the shoes I realized they were too small and too narrow. I tried each shoe on, without removing any tags or labels. They were too narrow and too small. I immediately put them back in the box they came in. I wrote to Kicks Crew telling them that the shoes did not fit, and I wanted to return them for a full refund. 1) I found that their website for returns was not 'user friendly'. They wanted me to find and fill out their return form. 2.) Complicated return information and supposed policy. They said they had to have proof the shoes were unused and in perfect shape. They wanted pictures of the original box, and also of the shoes. 3) Pictures, were difficult to send with their form. I had problems attaching the pictures. Then Kicks Crew said my pictures were unacceptable, and I had to take them again. 4.) Kicks Crew customer service was dismal. They would take several days to reply to my emails, and then they always had a new request. Plus they tried to sell me on another size and/or another shoe brand. 5.) My requests for immediate RETURN LABEL, and shipping information were literally ignored. Plus Kicks Crew informed me that they would immediately take 15% for Return fee, plus they would not pay for shipping. I had not seen this information when I purchased the shoes. 6.) Finally they sent me a Return Authorization with one page instructions of how I was to package the return shoes and how to ship. At this point, one month had gone by. 7) I went to Federal Express to mail shoes back, and they helped me wrap and label the return to Kicks Crew. We did everything that they asked. The return was for ground shipment only. This took one week to 10 days. 8) Kicks Crew told me they received the return shoes, and it would take one week to examine them.
At this point, I realized that I was being given the 'run around'. 9) I immediately went to my PayPal account and initiated a dispute with Kicks Crew. PayPal started a REVIEW of the situation and put a hold on my account. Kicks Crew told PayPal that they needed proof of shipment and deliver. I sent the Receipt of Delivery from Federal Ex to PayPal. I also sent invoices, letters requesting immediate RETURN AUTHORIZATION emails to Kicks Crew. PayPal reviewed the situation for 2-3 weeks. Today March 18 I received an email from PayPal that their review was settled in my favor and that they would immediately issue me a full refund.

Because of this I will not order again through this company. I think this should be a statement at check out and not in small print that you have to search for. Also, you only give someone 7 days to return. Hard lesson learned but want others to be aware.

Shipping is very slow and the return/exchange process seems intentionally cumbersome. There are several stages (email request, fill out a form, send pictures, receive return label, etc) that each require a 1-5 day waiting period for them to respond. At each stage, if you miss their stated response window they will cancel the return/exchange.
The actual policies are vaguely written and designed to rip you off. For example, they charge full sales tax on the original order and then charge it again (on the full amount) when you make a return/exchange.

Good place to get certain shoes that may be hard to find but that's where it ends. I ordered sneakers which arrived and did not fit. I reached out right away requesting a return. The response was very delayed and I kept getting pushback suggesting an exchange. I had to follow up repeatedly asking for a label with long response time in between. They have return request form that has to be "approved" before they send the label. They have a 7 day return policy and they made the process of actually returning the item incredibly difficult. After much persistence and time, I received the label and sent them back in new condition. On top of all that, they charge a 15% Restocking fee and $20. for a shipping label. Horrible customer service all around. I will never buy from there again.
