What Items Are Eligible for Return?

We gladly allow customers to return most unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund or store credit, your return must:

  • Include your order number
  • Be submitted into our system through an approved request
  • Be in original condition and returned using a prepaid return label via our system
  • Be shipped back using a method with proper tracking and processing

We do not offer exchanges at this time. All return requests must be reviewed and approved before you can receive a prepaid return label.

Returns without approval may be rejected or delayed.

How to Submit a Return Request

To initiate a return, you must submit a return request through our online portal. Once your return is approved, you’ll be issued a company issued return shipping label.

Affix the shipping label to ensure proper handling and include all original packaging. If you’re returning items due to an incorrect or invalid address, please also contact your mail carrier to file a claim.

Lumē is not responsible for items delivered to the address incorrectly entered during checkout. Please confirm all billing and shipping information before finalizing your order.

Refunds, Store Credit, and Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Alternatively, you may qualify for store credit for a future purchase
  • Processing can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank

If you used a discount code, your refund will reflect the discounted purchase amount.

For international orders (including orders shipped to Canada), returns are handled by Canada Post. In these cases, a shipping fee which covers duties, fees, and taxes may apply.

Please note that shipping costs, including your original delivery charge, are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
