Returns must be accepted and processed through our online Returns Portal. Items that are returned without approval or that arrive damaged due to poor packaging may not be accepted.
To begin, find the returns link in your shipping confirmation email or visit our official Returns Portal. Enter your order number and email address to generate a prepaid shipping label provided after confirming your return request.
If you don’t have access to a printer, you may bring your digital return code to an eligible USPS location. They can scan the code and print your return label on-site.
