I am sooo disappointed with this company and actually upset with their poor c/s. I ordered. I reviewed the site carefully before I ordered a pair of 9... No where on their site did it say order a size up or no returns or exchanges. So, I got the clogs and they're a 7.5 or 8. I attempted to return them for an exchange and it says " non returnable". So I called and left a message on their recording that said they would get back in couple of days. It's been 2 weeks. I'm going to gave to contact the better business bureau. These shoes were almost $70.00. I will go to Channel 2 if gave to. It's not right. If I would have ordered thru Amazon or Zappos I would have had a new pair of shoes or a refund by now. They arrived swiftly but unfortunately they felt a little small. I sent the shoes back on the “speedy returns” system. In the next couple of days I received an email launching the new half size range !! I thought fantastic when I get my refund through I will re-order a pair of those in a 6.5 !! Over a week later I received an email to say my returned item had been received, but its now been almost a month since I originally ordered the shoes and still no refund !! Very disappointing in this day and age with all the technology that this cannot be processed quicker !! I sent back another order on the same day to another company and within 7 days the refund was back in my bank !!! I will not be buying or recommending these to anyone! What a shame to have such a potentially good product with little or no customer service. It's a speedy return but certainly not a speedy refund. I have sent an email 2 weeks ago and I was told refunds take 14 days !! That's just ridiculous why does it take that long. Read more

There is also a kind of forward lean to the shoe, so although my foot technically fits, it skootches forward so instead of just being close to the front of the shoe, it's all jammed up in there. I have cut the backs out of the heels and made the small ones into clogs and actually, that's comfortable and I'm able to wear them around the garden. They are very nice shoes, just awkward sizing. I called to ask if the color was available in the second color I wanted. AFTER A DETAILED ADAMENT DESCRIPTION ON MY PART OF WANTING THIS IN A WOMEN'S and EXTENSIVELY EXPLAINING I WANTED A WOMEN'S... the associate said she had the color. I was shocked & puzzled because my understanding was that it was discontinued and never to return and it was pulled from all stores and on line. So nonetheless not quite buying that it was available. BUT, she said, “Oh, it's women's WELL ACTUALLY IT'S MEN'S BUT SAME THING.” Foolishly, I believed her and I sure hope this girl DOES NOT get commission because I am one dissatisfied customer who will never buy again as a result of this sale!
