How Do I Start a Return with Peloton?

Peloton offers mail in returns for most items purchased online. Please note that in store items may have different return procedures.

What’s Eligible for Return?

  • Peloton hardware such as the Bike, Bike+, or Tread
  • Unused Peloton accessories (weights, mats, shoes, etc.)
  • Unworn Peloton apparel with tags still attached

All returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. We do not offer exchanges, but you may place a new order once your full refund is processed.
