Petal & Pup Return Policy Overview

Petal & Pup accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Bodysuits and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Instructions

  2. Enter your order number and email address to access your return.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your return and print a shipping label.

Petal & Pup Returns: How to Receive Store Credit or Exchange Eligible Items

What Items Are Eligible for Return?

We gladly accept returns on eligible Petal & Pup merchandise for store credit within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, returned items must:

  • Be in original condition, unworn and unwashed
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be returned through our official returns portal
  • Include your order number and purchase date

Returns are not accepted for pup items mistakenly returned, non Petal products, or items marked as final sale. Any feature marked or clearly worn items may be denied and sent back at the customer’s expense.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, access the official returns portal and follow the step-by-step instructions. You’ll be asked to enter your order number and select your reason for return. Be sure to note any issues or special requests during this step.

Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and return instructions. Please package your item securely, include all tags, and mail it to the designated warehouse address provided.

Petal & Pup is not responsible for lost returns, so be sure to use the shipping method provided or one with tracking. Please do not return non Petal items, as they cannot be recovered.

Refunds and Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not provide refunds to the original payment method. Your refund amount will reflect the item value minus any discount codes used at checkout and a flat processing cost of $8.95, which is deducted from your total.

Store credit will be emailed to the address on file and can be used toward future shop purchases. Credit does not expire and can be applied with future Afterpay orders (Afterpay icon 1, 2, and 3 accepted).

Exchanges and Final Notes

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or style, we recommend using your store credit to place a new order once your return is processed.
