Rainbow Shops Returns: Online and In-Store Purchases

At Rainbow Shops, we want every purchase to meet your expectations. If it doesn’t, we offer return options for both online purchases and in store purchases. This return policy covers eligibility, refunds, and important shipping considerations to help you complete a return successfully.

Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the original shipment date and are subject to the conditions outlined below.

What Items Are Eligible for Return?

We gladly accept returns for most merchandise purchased from our online store, as long as the item:

  • Is in new condition with original packaging
  • Has all tags attached and is not visibly worn or used
  • Is returned with a valid receipt or packing slip
  • Was not marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Certain items, such as undergarments or shoes returned with wear, cannot be returned. Items marked clearance or promotional may also be ineligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, complete the return form included in your original order and repack the package securely. Use the shipping label provided or your own insured method.

Drop the package off with a valid shipping carrier. Rainbow is not responsible for refused shipments or untrackable returns. Be sure to retain a copy of the return label and tracking number until your returned item is processed.

Returns without a completed form, receipt, or original order information may result in delays or store credit instead of a full refund.

Refunds and Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment or offer store credit if applicable. Please allow 7–10 business days for the payment to reflect, depending on your financial institution.

In Store Purchases

Items purchased in person must be returned directly to a Rainbow store with your original receipt. Price adjustments and credit are offered in line with the store’s discretion and policies. Items returned without a receipt may only qualify for store credit at the current selling price.
