What Items Are Eligible for Return?

We gladly accept returns on most items purchased from the official US site within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund or exchange, your return must:

  • Be in new condition with tags and packaging intact
  • Include the original receipt or order number
  • Be approved through our online portal prior to return
  • Not be marked as final sale or purchased from a ROKA outlet store

Products showing wear or damage, or those received as part of a final sale promotion, may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  3. Generate a return label and print it.
  4. Securely package the item(s) and include your packing slip or note with the return authorization number.
