What Items Are Eligible for Return?

We gladly accept returns for most products purchased through Ruggable.com within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, returned items must:

  • Be in new condition
  • Include the original packaging or similar packaging that ensures safe transport
  • Not show signs of use, dirt, or wear that would prevent the item from being resold
  • Be accompanied by your order number, receipt, or confirmation of payment

Items that are returned with damage, stains, or in a condition deemed unfit for resale may be declined or only partially refunded. Final sale items or those sold at deep discount are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact our customer care team or use the magnifying glass icon on our website to locate your return request form. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

You’ll receive a return shipping address and instructions. Please ship the item in its original or equivalent packaging to avoid damage in transit.

Clearly mark the return with your name and order ID. Returns shipped without identification may be delayed or lost in processing.

Refunds and Processing

Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days from the time your return is received at our facility to see the credit reflected.

If the returned item is received in a condition that is no longer sellable, the refund may be denied. Ruggable is not responsible for packages shipped without tracking or items damaged due to improper packaging.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Returns from international addresses may incur additional handling fees.

Exchanges and Replacements
