Shoe Palace accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging. Online orders can be returned via mail only.

Refunds and Store Credit

If the returned item is deemed not to qualify, it may be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Shoe Palace reserves the right to refuse items that show signs of wear or abuse.

Exchanges
