I placed a large order during SKIMS "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" promotion. After receiving my items, I realized I needed to exchange for different sizes. I contacted customer service and was clearly told that I could reorder the same items after the promotion ended and receive a price adjustment.
I followed those instructions exactly, but then spent weeks trying to get support from a representative named Noel. Despite multiple emails, he refused to confirm the adjustment, gave irrelevant copy-paste replies, ignored direct questions, and eventually stopped responding completely.
In the end, I had no choice but to return my entire €600 order because I couldn't get a simple confirmation of what had already been promised. I've never experienced such frustrating and careless customer service.
I genuinely loved the brand and was a loyal customer, but this experience has completely changed that. I won't be ordering from SKIMS again and I strongly urge others to be cautious if you ever need support. You'll likely be ignored.

Instead, I received a poorly made product where the underwire sticks out awkwardly, making it unwearable. I reached out to customer service with clear photos, only to be told that this is 'how it's designed.' If this is intentional, then it's just a terrible design flaw!
Rather than standing behind their product and offering an exchange, they dismissed my concerns and told me to return it at my own expense. Why should I pay for a return when the item is defective? The worst part is that I also bought additional items, but since they refuse to take responsibility, I'll be returning everything and never shopping here again.
SKIMS markets itself as high-quality, but in reality, it's overpriced, overhyped, and their customer service is useless. Save your money and shop elsewhere - brands like Victoria's Secret offer better quality for the same price. And also free returns. Disappointed and will not be coming back.

I emailed SKIMS to let them know and asked them to please not deduct the return fee given I had to ship it back at my expense. This drop off ponits list is provided by a link in SKIMS return policy. I tried several different ones, with no success. SKIMS insisted I should return the item at my expense using another carrier. I offered to do so if only the 8 eur listed as return costs were deducted, but they refused this option as well. It is not acceptable that I should make a return without knowing the final cost when it is not my fault I can't return it in the terms of the return policy. Therefore, SKIMs return policy is fraudulent and they showed no concern for this matter.

Edited to add the response I have received; which is essentially a slap in the face after they have sent me unsanitary and smelly garbage. In addition there have been many complaints about returns not being processed, so what do I do? Plus they think I've worn these???? I had an immediate allergic reaction to the cigarette smell. And a measly 15% off future orders, but I will never order from them again soooooo. Lastly one of their return options is for me to bring the stinky underwear (in the condition that it arrived to me) into a Staples office supply store- how embarrassing that would be!!!!

Now, who in their right mind would pay more than the advertised sale price of $10 each or 3 for $30. There's no other notification at all. I immediately notified them but through back and forth with their customer service, they just said that sale price items are excluded from discount code so I suggested is there byway you can adjust the price? Why pay $67 when it's on sale for $30? But to no avail, all they offer is we cannot cancel your order and just offer a courtesy return. That means wait for it to be delivered and then return to get the refund. I told them, I am still interested to buy the products on their sale price items as advertised online and NO ANSWER after my text and waiting. WILL UPDATE AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT. My partner bought me some things from skims for Christmas.
One of them was the French Terry shrunken half zip in oyster size S. Unfortunately this did not fit me on the sleeves as I am tall so I initiated a return.
I was sent a label for DHL on 09/01/2025. I can see in DHL tracking that is was received at Heathrow Airport on 21/01/2025. I have no further information than this, my partner has never received a refund and we have had 0 contact from Skims as to if it was received.
I have attempted to contact skims on multiple occasions with no response. I will enter my emails and dates below.

To be honest this is so frustrating as I actually liked the product I got. Don't understand what the issues is. If it is the international returns then why sell to these countries if you cannot manage the return. My partner had basically spent £75 and now has no product for it and had no refund. Totally unfair. We should have just kept it and attempted to sell it on Vinted. As for no customer care and no response why have a live chat if no one to respond to it. At this point my experience has been terrible and I think requires a full refund plus compensation wether the item has been recieved or not. yet! and some shirts are transparent you can see all the bras. I only wanted to exchange and order my right size! Since i am in Canada, they wont refund MY TAXES which is almost 70$ and are charging a 70$ fee ( 14$ each item) for return!! So i will LOOSE 145$ CAD fee. I decided to then return my order and started the returns process through Skims website. Unlike other companies which let you return within 30 days of the order arriving, Skims say they must be returned within 30 days of the order being placed which was frustrating as it took 7 days from placing the order for it to arrive.
As the quality of the items are not value for money, I decided to return my items, but again Skims made this process so much more complicated than any other company. I started the online return process but they sent me an incorrect returns label which I didn't realise until I went to the post office and they said that the DPD returns label needs to have a longer barcode on it. I then contact Skims and after a few days wait they sent me another returns label by email, this time with DHL, even though their website says UK returns are done through DPD?
So frustrating as I've had to go out my way to get the return label printed out. Skims also sent me multiple commercial invoices so print out and overall the process has been so confusing and their customer service team so unhelpful.
I will not be purchasing anything from Skims again.

Tracking shows the return was delivered to their return warehouse on Jan 16th 2025. I got an email saying they received my return and that it takes up to 10 days for my bank post it to my account. I waited and no refund was received. So I contacted Skims customer service on Jan 29th 2025 via email. They said they will go ahead & process the return and I should see the refund in my account within 3-5 days. Never received it. Again, I contact Skims on Feb 4th 2025. They said they are sorry and will process my refund and it will be in my account in 3-5 days. Again, I never received my money back! It's now Feb 18th 2025 and I still do not have my refund. And now, no matter how much I reach out to customer service, no one responds to me. I went ahead and filed a dispute with my bank. Buyers please be aware. The returns process is lengthy and you never get your money back!!! Skims is a fraud and a scam. I will never ever shop here again. I want my refund for the items I returned!!!

I first heard about Skims back when I was studying a degree in fashion marketing off a fellow peer, she kept raving about how great this new company was and that she would recommend it to all her friends BUT little did I know the RELENTLESS TROUBLE I would be in only afew months later after my first and last purchase back in November 24.

I was excited to unbox my new purchases which was the SKIMS ULTIMATE STRAPLESS PUSH-UP BRA | SAND Ã 1 for $110AUD and the SEAMLESS SCULPT MID THIGH SHORT | SAND Ã 1 for $70AUD in a size small but to my absolute dismay when I open the shorts and held them out they looked like they were made for a 1 month old baby! I took measurements and they sized up to be a size XXS not Small obviously mislabeled at the sweat factory. I also believe the bra was a size smaller than advertised however I decided to keep the bra and send the shorts back.
-This is the start of a 4 month dispute with SKIMS involving PayPal, The Financial Ombudsmann and the AFCA and was soon to be taken to my bank for fraud-
I emailed SKIMS customer service and initiated a return however due to the sizing being mislabeled I requested a full refund of $70AUD as this was a company error so why should money be taken out of my refund for shipping costs?. A week goes by and I hear nothing back so I took this matter further and opened a dispute with PayPal in which was a back and forth battle for FOUR MONTHS! between PayPal and SKIMS. I reached out again afew weeks after my first initial email to see if they had received my return package back and this time a customer service representative replied and said that yes they had received my return and it was sitting in their warehouse. SKIMS then proceed to tell PayPal that they hadn't received the item? well I had proof in black and white SKIMS shot themselves in the foot big time. SKIMS then proceeded to email me behind PayPals back and were issuing me a refund for $55AUD for the shorts that cost me $70AUD. I told PayPal about this shady hush money deal super dodgy, I never received that money either so if I had gone and accepted and closed the PayPal claim I would have ended up with nothing. I can't stop you from shopping with this cheap, lame scamy, pathetic brand however I plead to fellow online shoppers to keep screenshot and photos of every email, every tracking number, the products,EVERYTHING!.... As we delve much further into online consumption and consumerism we need to be more mindful about the products and the companies we buy off especially with international businesses. So after some reflection after eventually getting my $70AUD back I think I will be shopping more locally from here on out.

-Sparing the four months worth of details the quality of both items were crap you can buy higher quality items at your local kmart, Sizing is extremely small I have a size 28” Inch waist/ size 8AU and couldn't fit my ankle into the “size small” shorts keeping in mind SKIMS go down two more sizes. Customer service is nonexistent and when they do reach out it's only to conduct fraudulent activity. This company is the perfect example of a brand being over hyped for who founded it and if anything it has given me more of a incentive to start shopping with local smaller brands instead of these brands that are just some celebrities side hustle who don't give a shit about the products or their customers. I don't care how many shades of material or how many collaborations SKIMS do, I WILL NOT buy another item off this company again and I deeply compel readers to rethink their shopping choices and GO LOCAL.

The t shirt I ordered was SO thin and completely see through (I ordered red for valentines day drop). I just found sizing to not be accurate and quality not great either. Ordering from Canada also meant that with my return, I did not get my taxes returned from SKIMS. I have to contact my local customs to submit for a refund on this which is extremely poor customer service on SKIMS part.

However, when I attempted to process the return online on Jan 25 (after holidays and a vacation), the system produced an error message that says "the items are no longer eligible for return." I then attempted Live Chat...the automated reply said that due to "higher than usual call volumes, response times are longer than normal," and I got a similar automated email response when I submitted the online email form for assistance. I cannot find an AI chat option on the return assistance page as referenced in the email reply. There are a handful of links to appear to offer other sources of help, but they are also dead ends. I have time to travel the 30 minutes to drop off the package TODAY. It really feels like the company is running out the clock on the return window and that I will be stuck with $200-$250 in apparel I cannot wear. Based on Trustpilot reviews, this appears to me to be a common problem for customers, or maybe it's a feature and not a bug in their business model. When selling clothing online, ease and integrity with returns is central to repeat business...Kim is blowing it with me!

I did want to try their size chart, which I looked at first it recommended a 38B I've never in my life wore a 38B so I was scared to buy a band 38 I have fluctuated from 32C to 34C to 36B and a 32d. I purchased 34C my current size in many brands and it's small and big at the same time. lthere's definitely a gap at the top of the cup but it bulges by the armpit the top of the bra is too thick and cause spillage. and will notseemless under a tight top. it's comfortable and it has good push-up but the straps only adjust halfway.They could have done a little bit better for the price. It could've been executed a lot better. I like the idea if you get lucky enough to find your absolute correct size you might like it a bit more. I do love the shape that it gives though. The panties are as expected. iam a small and got a small and x small. the small com s up ridiculously high on the sides in a non flatter way and there's extra fabric extra small fit better. so I would suggest sizing down in the underwear and again for the bra. I might buy another one based off their size chart, but it's not easy to dish out another $70 for it. i'm hoping it fixes the issue that you're able to see the broad line at the top of the cup and I don't know how would be is going to accommodate the under arm area from going down in a cup size. also it could have been packaged better. although it did come in a box, everything was bagged individually and the cups had tissue paper in them, but it was all dented up in crinkled, as if this was a return that I received. get your correct size and skim make the straps 100% adjustable maybe thicker back band and thin out the top of the cops and you have a perfect bra. the shape is awesome and of coarse the nips!

Let's begin, I originally bought two sets the cotton jersey T shirt in heather oat meal the cotton fleece crew neck- in heather oatmeal the cotton jersey straight leg in heather oatmeal and the cotton jersey fold over pant in heather oatmeal. I also ended up buying a skims shape wear suit which I will say is great and the body suit it's self is a good product and it has no shame. My biggest problem was that I had not been able to locate my order and thought I hasn't received it so naturally I reached out to customer service and. they. never. responded. back. to. me. and still to this day have received not a single response. I emailed them 12 times from 4 different emails and texted them multiple times as well. The company was a little shady as well after I was finally able to receive my items after waiting for weeks the items I didn't want I was stuck with. They said my items were not eligible for return even though the time to return was well within the return window this was not told to me at the time of purchasing the items. There was no transparency from the company at all! Over all I would not buy from the company due to lack of transparency and lack of respect for there customer basis.

I contacted Skims customer service immediately the following day to inquire about a return or exchange. However, they refused to accept the return because the item had been washed.
I was extremely disappointed with this policy, especially considering that washing clothes before wearing them is a standard practice. They only offered a 15% discount on a future purchase as a resolution.
This experience has left me very unhappy with Skims and their customer service. I will be hesitant to purchase from them again in the future."

Its good to have such faith in the brand as it means that I am confident in making future purchases. Natural fabrics, quality workmanship are really important to me. I'll be purchasing regularly as I get so much wear out of what I buy.
Only draw back is that the sizing is a little unpredictable, but nothing that has made me return anything or unable to wear, it's just not an optimal fit, but with casuals and lounge wear I seem to get away with it.

Go online to return the order to attempt to get a refund but the system didn't recognise my order number and said it was invalid on the international returns, but on domestic returns recognised it and said the items aren't eligible for a return - so where does this leave me £90 out of pocket for items that I've attempted to cancel and now can't return because the system won't let me and customer service doesn't respond?! Thankfully I paid via PayPal so have raised a dispute in the hope I can seek a resolve. If you're a UK customer I'd strongly discourage ordering from SKIMS unless you want to be ripped off and not have your issues corrected!! The wrong item was sent. We asked for a small teeshirt and received an XL sleep suite. Immediately wrote to the customer service and received an AI response. I have written twice more and have been totally ignored. Definitely not going to return the wrong item as I'm convinced that the refund will not be paid. How can this company be allowed to trade. Absolutely appalling. If anyone wants to throw money away, then buy something from this company of charlatans. They are stealing from people. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

The cup sizes are just off the charts stupid. I'm a 34C in every bra except SKIMs. After using the sizing chart I still had to order and return multiple sizes before finding a DD that mostly fit. When I ordered the DDD (received size F which I'm assuming is the equivalent) it was twice the size of the DDD. I reached out to customer service to see why there was such a significant size increase and to ask if there was a better size for me but haven't heard back in over a week.

I placed an order for a cotton jersey T Shirt on 12/21/2024 and paid almost $20 extra for expedited 1-2 days shipping. The item did not leave their warehouse for 10 days. Customer service was slow to respond and un helpful. They never acknowledged their mistake or apologized. They have refused to provide any sort of refund or even offer a return. Do not buy from here, and if you do, do not expect any help from their customer service.

I needed to cancel an order, emailed 2 minutes after it was placed and they just flat out told me they won't cancel it and then took 12 days to ship it. But hey, a discount for a return label. Then a wrong address was added to my friend's order, OH BOY will they not help you with that. Told to create a UPS account and handle it yourself. Well guess what UPS said? You guessed it! The shipper has to contact them. So went back to skims and now they just won't respond. I've never experienced customer service so UNWILLING to help.

Worst experience ever with their customer service. I reach them to have an assistance on a return as I have items in final sale ( which supposed not be not refundable except for European customer with our 14 days withdrawal right) and I can't create myself a pre-paid return label.
Well they simply ignore my mail for 10 days now. They don't want to respect their return policy which was pretty clear in the web site that mentionned « Items marked final sale are not eligible for return. For customers in the European Union, the right to cancel and return within 14 days is not affected by the 'final sale' designation.. »
So it's called a SCAM! They just reply back with their lame IA which was bad and not helpful! So if you want to get not respected and scammed go and order to SKIMS. The weird thing is they already accept a return with final items in a previous order that I made but somehow this time they literally choose to ignore me and my rights .... That is so bad I have no words ....

Placed an order for 5 items on 29.11.2024. Order received on 09.12.2024 but missing 4 items and only received 1. Tried to use the chat function during the 8am-8pm PST hours but no actual customer support available.
Filled in the contact form and filed a report on this with proof of postage/pictures and expected a response within 48 hours as guided but received nothing.
Tried to follow up with customer service but diverted to virtual assistant and filed another contact form and heard absolute nothing until now which is 16.12.2024.
Extremely disappointing experience and i am still awaiting a response. This is not even about a return I am trying to receive the things I have ordered!!!!! This is basic consumer right and the way skims treating customer is extremely poor!!!!
