Whether you're sending back a Fits Everybody bodysuit, the wrong size of shapewear, or loungewear that wasn’t what you expected, the SKIMS returns process is clear, quick, and designed to protect both your comfort and your purchase.

This guide outlines everything customers need to know about return eligibility, refunds, store credit, and how to start a return through the official SKIMS returns portal.

What Can I Return to SKIMS?

We gladly accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Products must have all original tags and SKIMS packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Returns are accepted only for items bought through SKIMS.com

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, underwear, or products marked as non-returnable.

How to Start a Return with SKIMS

To begin, head to the official SKIMS returns portal and enter your order number and the email address used at checkout. You’ll be guided through the return steps and issued a prepaid shipping label if your item is eligible.

Returns should be shipped back in their original mailer or packaging. Please use the provided return label to avoid processing delays.

If you received SKIMS as a gift, follow the same steps — you’ll be eligible for store credit in most cases.

Store Credit or Refund?

SKIMS offers store credit for most returns, which can be used to shop again immediately. Some items may be eligible for a refund to your original payment method, but this is limited and based on your order type and payment selection.

Most store credit is processed within 7 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and SKIMS is not responsible for packages lost in transit without tracking.

Exchanges
