I had a deeply disappointing experience ordering boots from this company as a UK customer. While the boots arrived, they didn't fit properly and I returned them unworn - but ended up losing over £80 due to hidden costs, return shipping, and import taxes that I was never clearly warned about.
Their returns policy for international customers is not made clear. Had I been properly informed, I would not have proceeded with the order. When I raised this issue, I was told I "may be able to contact my local customs authority" for a tax refund - which is both unhelpful and unacceptable. These costs should be their responsibility, not the customers.
I effectively paid a huge amount of money for nothing - just to try on boots and send them back. If you're outside the US, think very carefully before buying from this company. I would never order from them again and cannot recommend them to international customers.

I recently purchased 2 pairs of boots from Thursday Boots. Upon receiving my order, I noticed 1 pair had a small mark on the heel, while the other appeared different in color and texture than what I needed. I opted to exchange the marked boot and return the other.
I'm a bit of a traditionalist and would have preferred a phone conversation to discuss my concerns. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the impeccable communication from their Customer Service team. From my very first email to their final response, every interaction was professional and prompt.
I'm not just looking forward to wearing my new boots; I'm also excited about exploring more of their quality footwear and other items. Also, once my new (exchange) boots arrive, I plan to show them off, while sharing my exemplary experience of Thursday Boots with family, friends and associates.

Bought a pair of shoes for my wife using their suggested sizing and after consulting their customer service rep. I was told they had a 30-day exchange policy - great, right? Wrong.
The shoes arrived and were clearly one size too big. I started the return process the same day they arrived, only to be told they don't accept returns or exchanges - completely contradicting what they told me before I purchased.
This is false advertising at best, and a scam at worst. Avoid this company unless you want to be stuck with expensive shoes you can't wear or return.

1st Thursday purchase & 1st pair of USA made shoes bought for $265 + tax and package protection. The Vanguards arrived fairly quickly to South Florida. The good: Beautiful Indigo (but lets be honest - it's Navy) Chromexcel Leather, the Color, Shape, Style, Fit, Feel, Comfort, all that there in spades. The bad: Clearly a pair of boots that were in the warehouse for a prolonged amount of time. Covered in dust & what looked like improperly dried conditioner when arrived (Could live with that - promptly cleaned them. Couldn't live with the..) Scratches & scuffs on the heels and toes of the leather upper that were exposed after cleaning the dust off of what were supposed to be new boots. There were also Black dye streaks from I'm guessing when the welt/outsole was dyed black on the sides of upper Indigo leather. A Super thin tongue with no padding to it, making it prone to wrinkling prematurely (not a problem with the Spice color Vanguards and that finish only for some odd reason). Along with a clearly visible 3-5cm gap in the welt of on one of the boots. That and for some reason - the Vanguards leather heel stacks protrude past the rubber heel - Not a lot but a noticeable amount. No clue why. Even on the multiple listings I've seen on eBay - appears to be an issue - Ended up buying a defect pair off of eBay - and they're super nice even with the defects which is just that the Spice colored leather of the pair I found had some dye stains from the leather shoes laces that come with the boots - which you should just use the flat waxed cotton laces - makes the boots a way more comfortable wearing experience. The thickness of the leather laces take away from the overall comfort unless left super loose when tied.
What's weird is that the boots and leather jacket bought out of the Warehouse Section from Thursday are both immaculate - A few small issues with the Brown lug sole Diplomat's leather upper, but ultimately WAY better than the Indigo Vanguards condition, with no heel stack protruding.
Would hope that the USA made shoes would have better quality control or at least be clean when they arrive for the added premium attached to shoes produced in the USA.
As for customer service they outright explained in their email that they couldn't confirm an exchange for a different pair in the same finish wouldn't have similar issues based off the batch # of the boot and its low remaining availability. They did offer a partial refund of $50 to keep them, but it wasn't enough of a discount to be fine with keeping them. A a return label and was eventually provided a refund. The fee for the package protection wasn't refunded though but no big deal.
Just bought from Thursday again in the past two days since the transactions back in February just waiting for them to come in - and have also snagged a pair of the Thursday Wingtips that I've come to love off eBay - Along with a pair of Black Captains that go too far up the ankle for my preference but are off the bat more comfortable than the Vanguards - but once the Vanguards are broken in, they become more comfortable than the Captains. Thursday makes some solid footwear for the money and can be found all over on the second-hand market for extremely fair prices.
A wee bit of shadiness on Thursday's part though, they didn't post my review to their site. My original review was pretty much what was posted above, except some added details. Share the good and the bad Thursday - most people know that you can't please everyone and it would appear that a number of the people in these reviews fall for scam versions of your site - maybe put out a press release on your social media account about that - because it appears to be popping up in the negative reviews here a fair amount.
Already spent a bit over $1000 on Thursday's site, and roughly $350 for second hand Thursday's on eBay, and will probably get another pair or two in the future. Yes, Thursday isn't perfect - but in comparison to what the more traditional USA shoemakers are putting out like Oak Street - Rancourt and Allen Edmonds - Thursday styles are more modern and appealing. Also, the jackets are super supple. Like amazingly so. On the other hand, if you're fairly slim - 5'8 - 125-ish pounds, even the small jackets are a wee bit, too big. Maybe include an X-Small in the future?

The on line return site kept telling me that my shoes were “unavailable for return” even though I paid full price and was told on line that I could return them. I contacted customer service (you cannot call and talk to a person) and sent a message about my problem. Finally they emailed a link to use for the return... same return link I found on line and same results... “unavailable for return”!!!! I've been sending messages for two days and have not gotten a reply. I will never, ever purchase from this company again. I've have purchased hundreds of items on line and have never before had a problem returning items until doing business with Thursdays.

I reached out several times via email and got no response and eventually tried their texting support line. I was finally able to get ahold of someone but I was still a bit disappointed. The agent would only respond once a day, several hours after my response despite me always immediately responding right away. At one point, an entire day had went by and I had to text them again to follow up. You'd assume customer service responses would be faster via text. Anyways, thankfully for the shipping coverage, I was able to get a replacement for my order. Now I was happy again, except the shoes didn't fit my wide feet even after purchasing their EEE size. I reached back out via the text support as that seems to be only the way to get ahold of anyone and requested to just return them. I was open to trying another pair until once again, it took several hours for their “support” to respond to a text in which I immediately responded, just for them to disappear again for the day. After that point, I opted for a refund only to be told that they can only give me store credit which is very disappointing. I'd be more inclined to get a replacement if I felt confident that I could receive assistance with order or sizing issues in a timely matter. I'm leaning towards just returning the shoes and filing a charge back. Very disappointed in Thursday Boots. They have some really cool looking shoes and chelsea boots but they seriously need to work on their customer service. Had I know I would be going through this, I'd have avoided them entirely.

They make it seamless and easy to order if you are UK based but if there is any issue with your order e.g. size is too small, you are literally being ripped off. I ordered a shoe - Hero Cacao boot size 9 which cost me £205. Once it arrived size was a bit too small for me so I had to return for refund. I had to cover shipping so that was 30 pounds. With shipment and them processing my refund took nearly 3 weeks. At which point I get only £157 back because they don't cover tax or shipping refund! So I had to spend £78 just to see if their shoe fits me or not!! The ordering process should be way more transparent. I feel really disappointed I ever considered ordering from them. The boot itself was decent but nothing mind blowing and shipping to me was fast, thus 2 stars and not one.

I normally buy and wear Cole Haan's leather Traveler sneaker, which have top quality supple leather and are super comfortable, and thought to try Thursday Boot Company's since I'm bombarded by all their advertising and "top reviews" all day every day. I ordered 2 pair of their leather sneakers, and both pairs run really narrow. I don't have a wide foot. I'm a size D or Medium in width on the regular. Their leather isn't supple or smooth, in fact it's kind of rigid, and the shoe insole is very hard an and their shoes make a squishy sound when I walk. Both pairs are very uncomfortable and needless to say, I returned both pair. They get 1 star for their return process. I received the label, took it to the UPS store and received a refund shortly after. It was a waste of time for sure.

After several unsatisfactory back-and-forth emails telling me that the warehouse had not yet inspected the ill-fitting, chemical-smelling boots that I returned, I decided at the 15 business day mark to initiate a chargeback. My credit card issuer approved it within minutes. I informed Thursday Boot about the chargeback. The customer rep that I had been corresponding with apparently didn't like that approach, "advising" me to call my bank (huh?) and ask that the chargeback be reversed "to avoid any complications in the refund process." In addition, once the rep learned I had initiated a chargeback, they suddenly decided to issue a refund -- no more mentions of inspections. In all, Thursday Boot kept my money for nearly a month after receiving my return. I have never had a company take this long to complete a refund on an online order.

The cost to return (restocking fee) was $36 CAD plus $32.50 for shipping (total cost to return was32.5% of total cost of shoes). The costs are all disclosed on their website in the small print. I wanted to exchange the shoes for a size smaller but could not face an additional $68.50 to return again if they did not fit. Thursday Boot Company should not offer there products outside of the US. A $36 restocking fee is ridiculous, not to mention that, for first time in years for me, a manufacturer puts the return shipping cost on the customer.
I would gladly visit a Thursday Boots store in person to buy these shoes in the future. My suggestion would be to international customers; do not purchase without absolutely knowing the fit.

I ordered a pair of boots for a Christmas gift around a month ago (Stormking in Tobacco Size 8), and:
1. The first pair arrived with 2 mismatched boots. 1 boot of the correct kind and one entirely different boot. I offered to return these, and they told me to keep them to do whatever with "so that you don't need to make any unnecessary trips to the post office." This was reasonable and I understand that mistakes can happen. The real reason is that a pair of mismatched boots is unsellable, of course, as evidenced by...
2. The replacement pair arrived in the wrong size. I ordered size 8, these were size 10. This pair they did not offer to let me keep, which is fine (I get it, you can't just give out a bunch of free boots every time you mess up an order) but I find it amusing that their "no extra trips to the post office" reasoning immediately falls apart under scrutiny. They effectively did not want to pay return postage for something they deemed unsellable, and now I have a pair of mismatched boots that nobody will ever want and which I have been burdened with the task of disposing of, as well as a pair of boots to return on their dime (reading some reviews on here, it seems as though it takes them some time to return your money, if they ever actually do it at all). I will not be returning the boots until the proper pair actually arrives.
A THIRD set of boots is being sent my way, with the service agent (who has been very good and helpful by the way) letting me know it would be sent right away.
It is now Christmas Eve. The "proper" pair of replacement boots have not yet arrived. I got a notification informing me that they only just shipped yesterday, a week after I told them of the replacement order and had been assured that the new pair would arrive in time. My partner has thankfully been very understanding of the situation throughout, but now I feel bad that I will have nothing for them to open on Christmas Day tomorrow and it's because Thursday Boots failed me on three separate occasions.
I'm giving them 2 stars because 1 star reviews can often read like a troll review, which this is not. This is a genuine experience and Thursday Boots can easily verify that through an email trail.

I wanted to support what I believed was a small business, in Cobblers Choice. I purchased several pairs of leather bootlaces on their site and paid their $5 shipping fee. Once I was done, I saw that these same laces were 25% less on Amazon and wanted to wither cancel or get a price adjust. Cobblers Choice would do neither and told states if you want to return an item, it must be with in 14 days of shipping receipt. 1st - who sells for less through Amazon than their own site? 2nd - why not credit the difference or accept a return with out slamming your customer. They say that there are no hidden prices, but they don't mention CLEARLY ENOUGH that you have to pay for the delivery forth and back.
The boots are bulky, uncomfortable and crazy expensive for what they are.
The customer service: in shambles.
I contacted them 3 times and all the times they just copy-pasted the same information that I was able to find myself. Useless.
They seemed to not even understanding my questions, and the third time we started a forth and back with one of the advisors who made me feel I was talking to a bot.
She kept sending me the same information, her emails were not clear at all and I had the feeling of writing to a wall.
I still can't believe what a disappointment this company is. I truly wonder how they can still be open.

Although their products are okay in terms of quality, their Quality Control leaves a lot to be desired. For the two orders I placed with them, the product was defective on arrival and a replacement had to be sent. For both order, the replacement was also defective which led to another replacement having to be sent.
In both cases, I lost quite some energy and time having to report the issue, send emails, take pictures and so on and had to wait more than a month every time before getting a functional and usable product.
Although they were willing to replace the product every time, I felt I paid quite a price wasting my time and energy with return logistics, emails and so on.
Even if the products are OK/good, these experiences alone makes me not recommend them to anyone.

Their return policy is horrible. It takes a week for them to receive your return then it takes them 15+ days for them to “inspect” your boots before they offer a refund! When all is said and done, it's been a month and I have yet to receive a refund. I had to email them multiple times. Because of this experience, I will never order from Thursday Boots. Blundstone is the way to go if you want cute Chelsea boots

I ordered a first pair of shoes from Thursday Boot and they didn't fit well. I was able to return them, with no charge and the refund was quick. I later ordered a second pair of leather loafers and after one cost-free exchange I found my size. The shoes are very comfortable and for the price, I believe that quality is more than acceptable. I've been very pleased with TB's customer service and product. I believe those that are unhappy need to be a bit more balanced in their reviews here.

The description said they were discounted because it was the discontinued rt3 last. There was only a $20 discount which isn't much by why not...well when I got them it almost looked like the shoes were wore and resoled! The insoles also have foot impressions. Of course when I tried to return I was told "final sale". I sent an email to Thursday to see how high they would hold their heads up and all I can say is...not very high at all (haven't heard back from them yet). Listen I have a few bespoke boots so $180 is going to bankrupt me but I thought I'd make others aware of the type of tactics Thursday may pull. Needless to say I'm done with the company and for $180 I guess I got off cheap. Thanks for your time!

No where on the website/product description did it worn that this specific shoe type would have this type of wear or that you have to "redye" it yourself every so often. Website state conditioning and even sells conditioner. Not a colorant! Dishonesty, bad practice, and misinformation!

The first time I ordered a pair of boots from Thursday, they were damaged. It took a week of back and forth for them to arrange a simple return. The barely coherent customer service told me their policy is they can only respond to you once per day. Yeah...really good service.
They literally drug out the process, that with competent customer service, could be resolved in under 10 minutes.
Call me an idiot, but I decided to give them another chance, guess how that went? They sent me shoes a whole size smaller than what I ordered.
Customer service is atrocious. Quality control is non-existent. Build quality is a joke. Take your business ANYWHERE else. This company is legit run by a bunch of clowns.

Your boots are okay overall (leather, sizing / fit and style).
I've recently purchased a pair of Wingtips in Colour 77. Here are my thoughts on the boots and your business in general:
- Quality control. There's a deep gouge in the right boot mid sole. On closer inspection, it appears that the material inside isn't leather (I may be wrong, but if that's the case, please clarify). I've purchased a factory seconds Alden boots from the Shoe Mart and to this day, I don't know what the defect way. This just speaks to the impeccable quality that Alden and the Shoe Mart stand by. (Yes, I could return to boots to you, but since I live in Canada, this means a 100 km drive, and I'm going to save myself the hassle).
- Your business practice - In one word - questionable. Two examples to substantiate my assertion: One, you censor the reviews on your own website. Which explains all the 5star reviews and the fact that one can't just leave a review without a link from you. Two, your refund policy. I bought two boots together because I wasn't sure of the size and didn't wish to make extra trips across the border. The 7.5E was too large. I tried it at the UPS store and sent it back right away while at UPS. You have refunded to me $129 USD. I'm told I will get the remaining funds later. Why? Again to give the example of the Shoe Mart, I bought and returned three boots before I was able to find my size. Each time, the refund was quick, hassle free and for the whole amount.
I will not give my business to you again.
My suggestion to folks new to boots, is - stick with reputed brands (Alden, Allen Edmonds, Trickers, etc) and honest shoe stores (I can only recommend the Shoe Mart). Yes, you pay more, but you get quality and honesty.

I was excited to received my Thursday wing tip boots. This was my third pair of boots and I was happy with my last two purchases. The boots came with no plastic bag around the boots like the other two orders. There was no QC/QA card in the box and the shoe laces were shredded. I took pictures of the laces and the number on the tongue of the boot as requested. I was told I would receive new laces. I brought up the missing QA/QC missing card to the person, and their response was it probably feel out of the box. Am I to believe that these were inspected before they went out? With no plastic bags on the boots and shredded shoe laces? Is this Thursday Boots quality assurance?
I can only come to the conclusion that these were boots that were sent back and they slipped through the proper return channels.
I can no longer trust Thursday Boots, for future purchasing or recommendations to co-workers and others in the construction field. I will be sending this email to Antonio Centeno from Real men Real Style, since it was his recommendation that brought me to your company.
Not only do I believe Thursday Boots need to improve their QA/QC, they also need to improve their customer service team.
A person that believes that a pair of laces should fix this needs a training.

Paid $129 for the shoes with an additional $25.80 for taxes/shipping (note: shipping is advertised as free over $100 spend).
Following the website's size fitting instructions I had chosen my shoe size based on the company's recommendation (including the sizing up recommendation)
Upon receiving, the shoes were too narrow, I would have assumed the company would make a simple exchange with a pre-paid returns label.
However, the company has an extremely poor exchange/returns policy; I will have to foot the bill for return shipping for shoes which were poorly recommended by the company. There is not option to exchange for a size up, only options to receive instore credit or a refund for the item price of $129.
Furthermore, if there was an exchange option, the customer would have to pay $25 (flat rate) for the exchange (not including shipping/tax)
I currently DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company if you are an international customer.
Stay clear from this retailer until their exchange/returns policy reflect up-to-date trading standards.
Edit: Customer Service was a lot better than their automated system. Shipping and tax for the replacement shoes were covered. There was an additional £30 (~$38) delivery of the returned shoes.

Once I actually got the boots I noticed the cheap laces first, after wearing several times I am not pleased with the quality of the shoe, they are extremely heavy and do not feel like 200 dollar boots. The boots were received by the warehouse on 12/22 and it is 1/14 and I have yet to receive a refund for my $200 boots that are no longer in my possession. I've emailed several times and get a generic response of "you have to wait 16 days for a refund." And if it doesn't post on the 16th day then I have to follow up? How about just give me my refund! I know it's a smaller company but taking care of customers in a timely manner is not the priority apparently. I will never buy from them, too many other good options that won't hold your money hostage if something doesn't work for you.

I ordered some boots to Canada (paid duties as they do not cover that), and they were very small and uncomfortable. Their website said free shipping and returns, but they exclude Canada, so to return them, the buyer is responsible for shipping and duties, which is quite expensive.
I contact customer service, and tell them that since I am going to the US in two days, I can return them from within the US and have them cover shipping (as per their free returns policy), and they refused. Not only that, they charge and extra fee to exchange a boot.
They have been quite unaccommodating, despite my shipping it back from inside the US.
Boots are ok-ish, customer service is terrible.

Not sure why all the hate, for a return at your own cost or falling for a scam site with a different url from the one reviewed? give me a break. Why would you ruin a business' reputation for petty issues or even some that aren't under their control.
I ordered from the other side of the world and everything went smoothly, if maybe a little slow. The boots look just as advertised and size exactly like dress shoes from other brands.
Just make sure to order from the right address and everything will go just fine.

I received my order within the promised time of delivery, however, the issue just like other reviews here is that there is a problem with their sizing. Also, I tried to return the item because I received a used item with minor scuffs and major crease but was said I have to pay the shipping fee. I then reviewed the return policy and it stated that it is their prerogative to review if the item is returnable, so if they think that the item is used or damaged, then you will have to pay for the shipment of the item back to you. Then, there is also the statement about the time of processing of return which might take up to a month. With all the things considered, I don't want to spend more so I ended not returning and just hope that the tight leather sneaker will get broken in expand but after using it for two 8 hour days, my feet are still sore. Lesson learned, never again!
Edit: dont trust the reviews on their website, only selected individuals can write reviews, and that is why I ended up writing a review here.

I had the worst experience with this company. I ordered a boot size based on the website recommendation and they were too small. Thursday Boots advertises hassle free returns but wouldn't pay the shipping to exchange the boots for the correct size. Their customer service wouldn't make any exceptions even though their website suggested the incorrect size. I had to pay the shipping. I decided to just return the boots for a refund due to the poor experience and I still had to pay the shipping. This company does not care about its customers. After I shipped the boots back, I had to follow up three times asking for my refund.
Don't fall for this company's flashy instagram ads. Buy boots from another company that actually cares about its customers.

They won't pay for a return from UK back to US even though THEY ARE AT FAULT and it should be their issue to pay for them to be sent back. Terrible. Quality doesn't look that good either on the sneakers. Looks like the glue will come unstuck in no time. Wouldn't recommend.

I gave it a few months thinking that after I break in the leather, everything will be fine. I was wrong. These boots will destroy your feet. They fit perfectly. But my heel keeps sliding up and down, causing a blister there. And my two outer small toes keep rubbing against the top of the boot, which causes more blisters there. Also, the boots are incredibly heavy. Feels like you're wearing dumbbells everywhere you go. All these problems make you absolutely miserable while you're wearing these boots, and you can't wait to take them off at the end of the day. The combat boots I wore during my 6 months in Afghanistan were more comfortable than these Thursday boots, which is saying a lot. And because I've been trying them out for months, I'm not able to return them. So I'm stuck with a pair of god-awful $200 boots. Save your money and save your feet. Avoid Thursday Boots at all costs.

Customer Service will only accept email communication, no phone services.
If you receive an email reply, (despite only a minimal time difference ) the email may arrive days later, between the hours of 2:00 and 3:00 AM
After providing my financial information, I tried to cancel this order by phone and via their website, neither was possible.
Returns and Cancellations web page is a dummy page, it's a non functional mirage. You need to send an email and wait for response which will be carefully timed, and your order already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Once the goods have left their premises, any further communication with Thursday Boots will be a standard 'inane we don't care' cheeky one liner reply.
Weeks later when this merchandize finally did arrive in Vancouver, BC the boots I received were a poor fit, uncomfortable to the degree they could not be worn, and were of lowest quality.
Not worth the $244 which I had been charged
Thursday Boots takes 2 full weeks for a simple inspection of your return. You are responsible for the return freight cost
The boots which I returned were never worn and were returned to Thursday Boots in their original packaging, immediately upon receipt.
Customer Service were arrogant uncooperative and delayed for as long as possible in issuing the credit due.
Thursday Boots is cleary NOT concerned about longevity in the market place.
I highly doubt this footwear is made in the US, and is more likely mass produced in Asia. Buyer beware!!!

You can't return from the UK as they won't pay postage so it'll cost about £65 to send them back. So I'm trying to break them in which I don't know if it will work. As many reviews mention, this company feels very amateurish. Asked for advice on sizing and got no answer. Ended up ordering a size 8.5 and it turned out way too small. Explained the problem to them and asked for sizing advice again for a replacement, but they ignored it and went straight into the return procedure (which basically consists in the customer having to arrange for everything and pay for everything yourself).
I had to spend over £50 on shipping and duty out of my pocket for a product that's now back in their warehouse. Absolutely disgusted. This is by far the worst experience I've had ordering anything online, and will make sure to convey this experience everywhere I can so other people in the UK don't fall for the marketing like I did.

Ordered 2nd pair same size - that one was ok on length, but waaay too arrow.
Basically you have to just guess and keep paying for returns and hope that by chance you'll receive a pair that will fit.
And the "rugged and resilient" part is a joke. The boots barely withstand wet grass.

Yes, there was an issue with the eyelet breaking (1 year later) but I am 100% satisfied with the outcome. Being from the UK the sizing was difficult to get right resulting in an return/exchange, yes, they were tight and resulted in a blister, but they did work in wonderfully and are my go to boots.

Carlo made no sense. I purchased > 50 pairs which approximately cost me $12000 and returned approximately 10 pairs worth approximately $2000. I don't get it. I know it's silly but I feel offended. I was a loyal customer and that is how they treat me. I hope management is aware about this.

First they are overpriced and not worth the money. I'm a Canadian who purchased them, hoping that money would be well spent, but I was wrong. It was a waste of money.
First I got the size ten and they felt more like a size eleven. Their sizing is all off. Maybe because it's made in Mexico. I had to return my boots. And had to pay 50 dollars Canadian to return them back to them.
If you're a Canadian customer, make sure to buy a size down from what you normally wear, or you'll have to pay the return.
I've had them for over a month now, and I'm still getting blisters on the back of my heels. These boots are just for show and to be put on a shelf and not be worn.
I will never spend my hard earned money on this company again. Fool me only once. Don't be fooled people, buy something that you can actually wear out.
I should of read the bad reviews first, I suggest you all do the same.

They did stretch quite a lot which i was very surprised by... the company says they 'mould to your feet' which transpired actually to be total nonsense. I suspect they just skip some process step to make them cheaper to make. Even after stretching, the boots still tore my heels to shreds the first time i wore them for just a 1 mile walk outdoors. I had to return them at my own cost to USA and that was £85, which was pretty much half the cost of one of the pairs. A ton of hassle, some injury, lots of disappointment... it's a pair of boots not some kind of complex project... Avoid.
