Turtle Beach offers a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from their website. Returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging and accessories.

What Items Are Eligible for Return?

Customers may return most items purchased through the Turtle Beach website within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned in new condition with original packaging
  • Returns must include a valid order number and receipt
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested before shipping
  • Items must not be part of the VelocityOne Flight 35 Race Wheel or other VelocityOne category exclusions

Parts and accessories under 1lb, including cables or detachable microphones, are also returnable if unused and in original condition.

Turtle Beach reserves the right to reject any return that is incomplete, returned beyond the 30-day window, or arrives damaged.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, customers must first request an RMA number from customer service. The RMA request must include your order number and shipping receipt of payment. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping destination.

Please repack the product securely, include the RMA number inside the package, and clearly label the outside with the RMA reference.

Shipping, Delivery, and Fees

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item arrived defective or an error was made in fulfillment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders are typically processed and shipped the next business day (Monday–Friday). Any changes to estimated delivery time due to increased national shipping volume or weather conditions are beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping methods include ground, 2-day air, and signature-required service. Processing cutoff is 2:30PM EST regardless of shipping option.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and reviewed, the refund policy procedure begins. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, including those placed using Klarna payment methods.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment platform.

Turtle Beach reserves the right to limit returns, adjust policy terms, or update handling procedures without prior written notice. Refunds are not available for items returned without an RMA or that fail inspection.
