Turtle Beach offers a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from their website. Returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging and accessories.

Customers may return most items purchased through the Turtle Beach website within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:
Parts and accessories under 1lb, including cables or detachable microphones, are also returnable if unused and in original condition.
Turtle Beach reserves the right to reject any return that is incomplete, returned beyond the 30-day window, or arrives damaged.
To initiate a return, customers must first request an RMA number from customer service. The RMA request must include your order number and shipping receipt of payment. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping destination.
Please repack the product securely, include the RMA number inside the package, and clearly label the outside with the RMA reference.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item arrived defective or an error was made in fulfillment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders are typically processed and shipped the next business day (Monday–Friday). Any changes to estimated delivery time due to increased national shipping volume or weather conditions are beyond our reasonable control.
