What Items Are Eligible for Return?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most full-price UNTUCKit items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must:

Be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached
Include your receipt or order confirmation email
Not be marked as final sale or worn

Returns received after 30 days may be issued as store credit only. In-store purchases must be returned at an UNTUCKit retail location.

How to Start a Return

To start a return:

Select the items you'd like to return or exchange
Print your prepaid return label and drop it off at your preferred shipping carrier

Returns must be mailed back using the provided label or dropped off at a nearby Happy Returns location.

Refunds and Store Credit

Store credit is available for late returns or gift returns
