Not until recently I bought April 2025, 4 pcs. of Figs all priced on a regular price. Bought different styles of tops and pants on GRAPHITE because I saw my sis have it for 3-5 years and still looks new and good quality.Im shocked as I got CHEAP,THIN, LOW QUALITY, SUPER LIGHT weight, Cheap ordinary looking scrubs. I compare it to my sis. It's totally a different pair of scrubs. I got a new graphite but it was the CHEAPEST version of the original Graphite scrub.This scrubs is comparable to $16- scrub sets found in Shein or Temu.
I'm soooooo disappointed. You gotta go back to the Vietnam production manufacturer and fabric supplier you used to have. You are a SCAM selling this CHEAP products on a SKY-HIGH price that I would never want to buy again if this is how FIGS is right now... So much is expected, because you sell the most expensive scrubs. If I had known earlier about the change in manufacturer , I wouldn't have bought. I should have bought somewhere else where PRICE MEETS QUALITY. Feels like I've been scammed!
I simply do not recommend loyal customers or upcoming Consumers to buy FIGS at this time. Buying $68-86/ FIGS scrub set seems like you are buying a $16-19 scrub set in TEMU. Piece of advice, check FIGS reviews first before buying. To Figs quality Control Department, please RETURN the same quality and manufacturer you used to have 3-5 years ago. Figs quality now sucks!

I work for a local hospital and part of my incentive package is a stipend for scrubs. They have placed a few orders for me through Figs and being a hospital, we are tax exempt. Our finance admin has reached out in the past to request the taxes be refunded, which were a minimal amount. Figs previously did not have an issue refunding this. However, on the last order, they refused to refund the taxes. A representative by the name Courtney, stated that we had to be part of the TEAMS program through Figs in order to purchase a tax exempt order. Our finance admin explained that we would have to return the purchase and request a refund and Figs would rather we do that than to refund our taxes, being that we are tax exempt. It's perplexing to me that they would rather lose out on business vs. refunding approx $40. I also do not understand how they could tell a tax-exempt hospital that they are not all owed to use that government benefit unless they are a member of the Figs TEAMS program. Very disappointing coming from such a known company in the scrub industry.

I was told I could not change it only return it after I received it for an exchange or refund. Then I was told once I had it that you couldn't exchange embroidered items which makes perfect sense to me but you would have thought customer support would have known this and would have tried to help change the size but they wouldn't. So now I have a 100 dollar jacket and my wife can't even wear it. It needed to be a 3x. I know it's my fault but the order could have been modified. The return process was really easy through Happy Returns. My only issue was that when I tried to exchange them, the size I wanted was out of stock. However, it wasn't unavailable on the main website, so I just re-ordered it-no big deal. I got 2 of the exact same pair of pants, twice and all 4 pants fit differently... and not just a little, like they are different sizes. The v neck on the top is super low cut. The fabric is okay, collects alot of hair. It's a pain they arent in scrub stores to try on before buying, because the shipping then trying on just to return to order something else to start the whole process again is super annoying. They are definitely not worth the price.

I had been a loyal customer of this lines for years. Until now. I discovered that one of my newly purchased item was flawed, and try to exchange for a different item. But they would not allow me to return or exchange because I had washed the item 1st. Maybe it's just me, but how is anybody expected to wear these items right out of its shipping package? They are so creased that I have to wash before I can wear to work. Also, I've noticed that the new pants I've purchased are of lower quality material and very thin... unlike the ones I bought from years ago. But customer service was not willing to work with me at all even though I have solely purchased all my scrubs from them. Ordered my partner new FIGS as she has got some last year, however this time when they arrived they were too big for her even when ordering the XXS joggers (tall) and XXS shirt. The Customer service did absolutely nothing except keep asking if we wanted just the 20% on ordering new items. So the first time around I accepted that, but when the new order showed up they had the exact same issue as the original issue order, nothing is different. My partner is very slim and not a big person so it's disheartening to her when her favourite brand of Scrubs are no longer fitting the way that her older FIGS scrubs fit, even after she was so excited. The customer service gets back to me in a timely matter but really doesn't provide any help aside from doing the return and offering the standard 20% off.... Would not recommend at this point to anyone looking for proper fitting scrubs if your tall and slim.

When asked how their return policy works (which gives conflicting info on various pages) the customer support person (who I think is a bot) provided a link for returns but this seems to be dependent on you having to buy your replacement at the same time. I tried the link but it says items are not eligible for exchange. Customer service is vague and cannot clarify my queries. No reason given for not allowing returns for international customers. So beware if you buying form outside of US. I shall be reporting FIGS to the ACCC.

Took more than 2 weeks for the parcel to arrive. When I opened it, one item was missing (the pants/trousers from a set).
Obviously they did not say anything about it and I had to contact them via email and provide proof. After they checked they said the item was not in stock (even though when I placed the order the item was very much in stock).
After some emails back and forth over a few weeks, I received a replacement with a cheaper item (pants/trousers) that does not even match the top that I ordered. And to top it up they refused to even refund the price difference (about $10).
Reading all the reviews here, I cannot risk trying to return the items as I might lose all my money and the products.
Quality of the products is questionable as well.

This left me with an incomplete set, rendering it impractical to wear solely the top garment.
Upon expressing my desire for a refund, I encountered difficulty in obtaining assistance. While I am cognizant of the policy disallowing refunds for sale items, it is important to emphasize that this situation was a result of an error on your part, not mine. The singular recourse provided to me was the option to exchange the item for a different color, which I was compelled to accept. Presently, I possess the top garment in the "cactus" color variant, yet lack the corresponding pants.
I have diligently monitored the FIGS website and have noted occasional replenishment of the pants in stock. However, I have not received assistance in securing the sale price, a matter I consider reasonable given that the fault for this predicament lies with the company. I expect a fair resolution, ensuring that I am charged the sale price commensurate with my original purchase.

Very disappointed in FIGS. I opened my FIGS app very early on Friday, August 11 and saw there was a 20% discount. I wished to buy the deep purple scrub set and an underscrub. However, I was on my way to work and could not purchase at that time. Upon return Friday evening, I went to open the app to purchase the items, and the discount was gone on the same day!
I reached out to FIGS the following day and an employee, Shamoy, refused to honor the discount, stating the sale ended at noon. This time was not readily apparent on their website.
As a frontline worker and a person who has purchased DOZENS of FIGS uniforms, I was very disappointed to see their heavy handed policy regarding ending sales during the middle of the day, despite frontline hospital workers not available to purchase items during their busy shifts.

It really sucked because I had to send it back and re-order it again costing me time and shipping again. I also sent back the matching pants as, I read reviews saying someone just re-ordered a top or bottom and, it wasn't the exact same shade. I contacted the company with photos and told them my disappointment. They did take back the return and were kind enough to give me a discount and free shipping on my new order but, it left a bad taste in my mouth as, sending a wrong top and one that was stained made me feel like they were passing off this damaged/wrong top in hopes they could pawn it off on someone. In addition time wasted as, my order was time sensitive. I am normally a size medium petit bottom and medium/large top and I ordered both sizes medium petite/large petite bottoms and medium/large top and went with large petit bottom and large top for anyone who is interested in sizes. I have gotten compliments on all the colours I chose and they fit beautifully and comfortably. I do really like them and, would buy again. Another issue I don't like though is, they come out with different colours but, are very secretive and only do it in small batches which, I find annoying because if I see a colour I like and then can't get it but then have to keep checking, I loose interest and will just buy another brand.

I had to call DHL and stay on hold for over 1hr45min to get this fixed and DHL said Figs gave them the incorrect address. I even checked the address I gave Figs and they did. I emailed them back to say so and they now have blocked my emails. In addition, they advertise Canadian made and they came from California. When I asked them prior to them blocking me via email they said they never said that, again their website says Figs Canada so, it's kinda deceitful however, after review in small print is does say Figs, now shipping to Canada. Haven't received my items yet but, am already really not impressed and, with them blocking my emails how will I return anything, if need be? Poor customer service.

They do have great colors and the jackets are super cute!!!! The only items true to size are jackets. You are safe to buy your normal size in jackets. Also, if you ever try to cancel an order their customer service team is unreliable. I tried to modify an order 15 mins after placing it, customer service told me they could only cancel the order and refund, not modify. So I said cancel the order, but they never did... now they want me to return the item, but I don't have that kind of time (which is why I never return anything) so I'll just keep it and place an additional order.

Yeah it's got a higher price tag, but in my opinion you get what you pay for- high quality scrubs that will last you a long time. You will have to find the right size for you and don't forget they have “slim” options for a better fit.
I had to return my first pair due to sizing and had no issues with refunds or shipping, not sure why all these reviews say otherwise. Overall figs has become my main brand to buy my scrubs from.

After that, The affiliated shipping company informed me that they were unable to deliver the parcel for UNKNOWN reason & so they will return items to the sender and advice me to contact Figs to claim a refund.
Since then I'm trying to contact Figs through emails (I've sent more than 5 emails), DM through instagram, comments & mentioned them on Twitter but they NEVER RESPOND!
This is the worst customer service I've ever tried

Now i ordered a size M of a different size of trousers and they are huge so want to return. No option to exchange just refund - i.e. would have to pay now £10 to return plus if I want the different size of trousers would have to pay another however much for shipping as the trousers alone would not qualify for free shipping. So an already overpriced pair of trousers becomes even more expensive.

Ordering from UK - cannot exchange an item which was not true to size. I ordered size L scrubs as these fit the measurements provided by figs, but the scrubs were too big. When I messaged to try and exchange them, they said there is no exchange policy and I had to return and re-order. Cost of return is £16 and then no guarantees that the next pair of scrubs fit.

So my order of footwear had US sizing (a size too small). I emailed a few minutes later to advise I needed the next size up. The response came the next day saying they can't amend an order but could and cancel / refund and I could place a new order for the correct size. - I immediately replied yes please. They then replied a couple of minutes later saying they could not cancel as they had already dispatched my order. (Within the same hour). I placed a new order for the correct size over the phone so that I didn't loose out on the trainers I wanted. today over a day later I received an email saying the packers found they are out of stock. I now won't get the trainers I want, yet have lost the taxes (£22) and the 2 way shipping (around £40) on the first order If I return the too small sent pair. I'll also then have to wait for them to reach the US and be processed to get the £100 paid back effectively will be £80 after return shipping - meaning I've lost out by £64 for absolutely nothing.

I purchased three sets of scrubs for my wife on Dec 10, 2021 and paid for fast (5-9 day) shipping in order to have in time for Christmas. The scrubs did not arrive until several days after Christmas. The pants were too small. I ordered size small since in every other pair of scrubs she wears size small. When I e-mailed customer service (no other way to contact them) they requested a photo or video of the item, which I sent. The response was so incomprehensible that I still do not understand what they were offering. No return authorization was sent . I am so frustrated dealing with them that I am tempted to write off the nearly 150.00 cost just to take my business to a US based company.

Figs then tells you to fill out a form to submit to CBSA. However, CBSA needs to know the exact amount of taxes and duties that were paid. Unfortunately Figs is dishonest with their customers and fails to advise you that you will NOT receive a refund on duties upon return. If you have any curves or muscular thighs, stay far away from this company. Their scrubs are ill fitting. One size will be way too tight and the next size up will be hanging off of you. DO NOT support a company that has zero transparency with their customers.

I ordered the wrong size and just asked for a return label in order to send back without paying shipping (which is offered on their website) and it's been weeks now and still nothing. I have now reached my 30 day time period of a return and no one has contacted me since. I've sent multiple e-mails and no response. So now I sit here with $65 dollar pants plus paid $20 shipping and cant do anything about it. One day a gift card showed up in my email for HALF the amount that I paid for. When I called they denied any wrong doing saying that they don't return cost of shipping, they don't cover new shipping charges, they refuse to acknowledge that I paid over $230 for 2 pairs of scrubs and only provided $120 back to me. Their solution to my exchange is to take the $120 and buy new scrubs on their website and pay another $100 to cover the difference again. I have paid over $350 now for TWO pairs of scrubs. This is a scam. Do not order from this website.

As the website did not create a return slip, I contacted the support right away and was told that I should expect to receive my return slip by email within 72 hours. I waited for 72 hours. Still having no response, I contacted the support again. This time I was told they reached out to the manager and if I don't hear back within 48 hours, I should contact again. After patiently waiting for 48 hours, still no response, I contact them again. They put in another request to the manager. It's been 10 days since I initiated my return process and I am still waiting for my return slip.

Their customer service is also HORRIBLE! They embroidered my tops wrong. Initially they told me I didn't have to return them, and they would send me new ones with correct embroidery. Then they realized they were out of the color I ordered (SHOCKER! *sarcasm*), so said I would have to send the ones I ordered back to fix them. I needed the scrubs immediately during COVID-19 times, but they seemed to have no care about this. They said they could just give me a store credit, but then the credit didn't even cover the cost of embroidery or taxes. LAME! I said let me keep the wrongly embroidered ones and either give me a full credit or send me embroidered ones in another color (which was equivalent to what they initially offered). They refused. Just tired of the games this company plays ... BYE!

I went along with it, I spent a lot of money replacing new scrubs that I purchased then washed expecting the sizing to be what I was a custom too but, sadly I was wrong..... I reached out to FIGS but was informed,” to insure the safety and customer satisfaction I was unable to return them because I had washed them” ... okay, .... I am a nurse that's fair. So what did I do, well excited about the new colors and styles I ordered I decided to just go up a size, not really excited about having to go up a size I still did.., why?.... because I loved and believed in FIGS! My order arrived!! Expecting, once again that these would once again fit like I remember!!! I immediately pulled out the first scrub top out of the bag and attempt to pull it over my broad shoulders it was fitted and snug much like the XL which isn't an XL but more like a women's XL or a men's Med fitted instantly disappointing.. I compared the tops (exactly the same style) by laying it on top of a top that I soooo loved... to discover the XL was a 1/2” smaller and tapered in from my original first purchase when FIGS was first introduced, I then compared the XXL size to the original XL before all the “slim fit” and contouring and discovered it was shorter in length & width in all areas.
I consider myself a very fair person, I even ordered my entire order over again to make a total of over $400s in less that 20 days because I genuinely believed and loved FIGS, I applied a postcard discount code for my next purchase to discover it wasn't valid and while my postcard said the code was valid, customer service once again told me there was nothing they could do for me.
My advice to any male nurse who is of the broad shoulder masculine size, the new lines of FIGS may not be for you! FIGS new 'runway model' sizing is great for advertisement but sadly unrealistic and just unflattering for anyone other than.. bring back relaxed fit, 12 hour shifts in the walk-in and ER are not meant for contour and fashion we need some breathing room, codes/ and CPR in progress doesn't require contour it requires relaxed with breathing room to sweat, my walk to the Pyxis/medroom isn't a runway with cameras it's I need to save this life!

No one ever answers the phone, they tell you to leave a message or "text" them but they take FOREVER to respond ! I initiated a return and of course they were out of the style I wanted so I ordered a different style. Returned the top and didn't hear a word for two weeks. I called and it turns out they couldn't find what i ordered so they just ignored it all together. By this time, they were out of all styles but the basic and in the wrong size. So I ordered that with the intention of having them altered. Got an email saying 'hooray your order is delivered'. Nothing was there as apparently FedEx somehow lost the package. I use FedEx all the time and this has never happened. So now they are out of everything but joggers and there's no way I'm settling for that. I have an embroidered top without matching pants and I've requested (demanded) a customer service supervisor call me. The same person that hasn't gotten this taken care of called me. FIGS is an expensive circus. I guess they've outgrown their capability to maintain some reasonable level of customer service. We have thousands of dollars worth of FIGS stuff but won't buy another thing from them. Find something cheaper and stay away from this company.

However, I recently purchased 2 sets of scrubs from them & have had wonderful customer service experience, literally within 30 minutes a girl named Kelsey assisted and helped me with my exchange order and sent me a new return label. I was amazed at the quick response time and excellent customer service since all of these negative reviews are listed. I would say to order a size up in most scrubs because I was under the impression that they run bigger but In my personal opinion they run a lot smaller than average. Besides that the exchange and return policy is easy and great and I am very pleased. I hope these new sizes will fit perfectly :)

Now, on to the scrubs. The material is great. The fit is terrible! I bought two sets and had to wear them after a laundry accident with a pen leaking ink destroyed my other scrubs. The waist bands are HUGE on the pants and there is so much extra room at the crotch that you would think they were unisex pants and not women's pants, yet the hip and thigh areas fit fine, so it's obviously the right size. The tops fit fine around the abdomen, but the shoulder area is huge, again. The arms on the jacket are like orangutan arms, hanging down to my thighs. Not exaggerating.
Customer service is horrible. I have emailed them and called them literally dozens of times over a several week period. Generally, with phone calls it immediately goes to a voice message telling you to "email for faster service". Other times it rings and rings, then puts you on hold, then hangs up on you several minutes later. Emails are simply ignored, after you get an email telling you it has been received. Although, one email did tell me to call to speak to a customer service rep. After nearly two weeks, I finally got a response when shockingly someone answered the phone. (I almost fainted in shock!) By this point I had already worn them and couldn't return them, so I really wanted to just know why my reviews weren't being posted. The answer was that they always post reviews. Yeah? Well, were are mine? Their answer was it must have been a glitch. Uh, really? 3 times over several weeks period? LOL!
Since then, I've met someone else who posted two 1 star reviews on their scrub tops and bottoms and were unable to get their reviews posted either. Guess they had glitches, too, huh?

I love their scrubs they last long and never fade. I'm curvy but I wear size medium pants and xs top and they fit great and I get compliments all the time. I'm on my 7th pair and will be ordering more. I've never had any issues with the company or making exchanges.
The only thing that stinks is that I tried to sign up for the ID.me to get discounts but they only recognize a handful of professionals. I'm a speech language pathologist in outpatient and it only allows school based speech language pathologists to sign up yet school based SLPs don't wear scrubs. And another thing that's annoying but only because I don't have it, want it but can't have it lol it their 2017 fleece jacket. I just wish they would bring it back the fleece jacket with the pocket on the sleeve all over Instagram. We I First found figs and ordered they only had one in large for men so I was a month or three too late. I email them frequently requesting for them to bring it back but always get the same generated response that they don't have immediate plans to restock and have more jackets coming later ugh!!! That was their best Jacket and thus I haven't bought a jacket from them as I'm still waiting for it to return. Please please bring it back. For now I must settle for similar fleece jackets by Northface and Columbia

(They don't post a phone number for you to contact them) Almost three months later and I still have no top, no refund and now I'm stuck with scrub pants I can't use because I'm outside the 30 day window to return those. Not to mention the restocking fee they charge for returns even if I could return them. Finally went on an internet search for a corporate phone number and guess what? Of course you have to leave a message and they will return your call. I'm four calls in and still waiting.
