What Items Are Eligible for Return?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase. To qualify for a return or store credit, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached
  • Be shipped with your packing slip or include the order number
  • Not be marked as final sale
  • Be returned in original condition

Items that do not meet these return conditions may not be accepted and could be shipped back to the customer.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return, head to the FIGS Returns and Exchanges portal. Simply enter your order number and zip code to begin. From there, select the item you wish to return or exchange and follow the guided steps to complete the process.

If you’re processing an exchange, you’ll have the option to select a new size or style. In some cases, you may need to place a new order if inventory levels change during your return.

Shipping Your Returned Item

After submitting your return or exchange request, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Print the label, repackage the item with its original materials, and attach the label to the outside of the package.

Returns must be dropped off or shipped within the return window. For added peace of mind, shipping is free for eligible U.S. returns initiated through our portal.
