Windsor Returns: How to Return Items Purchased Online

At Windsor, we want you to love every piece of your order. But if something doesn’t work out, we offer a straightforward returns process for eligible products purchased through our online store.

Returns are accepted for eligible merchandise purchased directly through our online store and must be initiated within 30 days of the order delivery date.

What Items Are Eligible for Return?

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
  • Not include jewelry, bodysuits, undergarments, cosmetics, or final sale products

Returns attempted after the return period may not be accepted. All returned products must pass inspection prior to approval.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, sign in to your Windsor account and navigate to your recent order. You may also click the return option found in your confirmation email. Follow the return instructions to generate your return label.

Returned packages must be shipped back in a secure box or mailer. Be sure to include the receipt or printed return confirmation inside the box. Windsor does not provide packaging for returns.

Refund Processing
